CDN took an already stressful situation (water damage) and made it even more so with poor communication and sloppy workmanship. In one instance, poor quality tiling materials were used. Paint was mismatched. More seriously, we were forced to pay extra to re-waterproof a shower that was damaged by CDN when they broke a seal in haste. We were also forced to hire Sears to fix a dryer that was 'repaired' by a CDN workman who originally moved the dryer in order to repair drywall. I never write reviews but we were dismayed at the customer service and overall experience.

Had CDN Restoration at our place after a massive flood from a toilet tank. Water made it into the ducts and travelled everywhere. So thankful to CDN R and crew for their incredible response time, late hours spent getting things under control and meticulous work around our house. From the initial clean up, drying out, minimizing floor damage and drywall repair to their overall friendly demeanor, these folks are great at what they do. Many thx guys!

Our chimney was struck by lightning and the damage was extensive, with some of the electrical in the house requiring inspecting. CDN was the company sent by the insurance to manage the repairs. They were efficient, knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. Prior to the work being started, I was made aware of the parameters of what would be covered...I expected no more, no less...and was not disappointed. Would use this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Project Manager and crew were at our home within an hour cleaning and drying us up! Very impressed with the professional response and the way they kept us up to date with the entire process. The owner of this business has verbally assulted me and threatened bodily harm on me while in a tim horton's drive through on 2 different occasions while I had children in my car. He kept yelling wheres your husband....he is clearly dysfunctional and looking for a fight. Chris is a rude man with no respect for women or children. This is not how a business owner should conduct their business while driving a company vehicle.

Basement flooding due to heavy rains. Water came into basement and flooded a storage room.CDN came and removed the water, left dryers running until dry then came and cleaned up and took their equipment away.They were very professional, polite and cooperative and treated us with respect and concern.Would highly recommend them.
