My husband and I used Joani Wedding Decor for our wedding this past summer. We truly cant express how great they are. John & Nia went ABOVE and beyond. They quite literally took our vision and made it come to life. They are honest, loving people that we can confidently recommend to any bride & groom. Not only did they deliver items and retrieve them after our wedding in a insanely timely manor, they fixed a last minute situation the morning of our wedding with grace. The wedding arch was absolutely dreamy and it took our breath away even more as we walked down the aisle. Little did we know when we first talked to Nia and upon our first meeting that she would be such an important part of our special day! From decor, to coordination, to thinking of every detail, and John's great skills with our guestbook and surprise names on our table settings. They took our want of having our wedding reception at home and made it more than we could have ever dreamed of. Had the pleasure of working with John and Nia for my wedding in September 2021. As one of many Covid brides, Nia was amazing when I informed her we were pushing the wedding from Oct. 2020 to Sep. 2021. Even when I changed a bunch of the details and my numbers as the restrictions changed, John and Nia didn't miss a beat. I cannot stress enough how BEAUTIFUL everything they have is. My husband and I hired Joani Wedding Decor for our wedding in August 2020, however like many other couples, we postponed to this year and got married on June 5. We originally came at our venues food tasting. We were so impressed by their work and knew that we wanted them to help us bring our wedding visions to life!John and Nia were very helpful and accommodating to work with, and did not hesitate to offer ideas on what would look best for our ceremony and reception spaces. Throughout the postponement, and the change from a larger wedding to a small intimate event, John and Nia were supportive and very understanding of the last minute changes and decisions. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us put our wedding together. Every detail was perfect the way we wanted it. I used Joani decor for my wedding. We had the best experience working with this company. They are very accommodating. They had creative and unique ideas. Everyone was commenting on my decor. My wedding looked perfect thanks to this company. We are very pleased. They also did our friends wedding which was a completely different style and they did an amazing job with them as well! I can’t recommend them enough. If I could give more then 5 stars I would!

Joani Decor made our wedding look beautiful!! John and Nia are super friendly and have a great eye for decor. The only downside is they are very busy and slow to respond. As long as you have enough buffer time to wait for a response, they are great when they do respond. They were on time for everything and adjusted to last minute changes. I highly recommend working with them!

We met with John and discussed ideas that we wanted for our Oct 2020 wedding. He listened so intently, gave us some great ideas and worked with us to create a few custom designs to go with our decor. While COVID robbed us of our 2020 wedding, John and Nia were so encouraging, flexible and eased all of our worries. We were able to switch our date with them, with no issues and the end product was so much more than we could have ever hoped for. They took our scattered ideas and turned them into a masterpiece, everything from the ceremony back drop" to the centre pieces and everything in-between. My partner and I rented a few items from Joani (viking lanterns, rustic lanterns, arbour, mason jars w/flowers, etc.) to supplement our own D.I.Y decorations.John and Nia were very flexible, allowing us to modify a centrepiece packages and design the Circle of Love arbour to my vision.They were also very accomodating with pick-up and drop-off times.Had I discovered them sooner and not already purchased so many of our own pieces, I would have hired them for more.
