I dealt with HG Immigration to go through an application for visa for my mom who is of a Palestinian nationality with no passport, just a travel document that is not recognized by so many countries in this globe.The process was super complex, given the geographical, logistic and nationality restrictions. HG started with me from the get going, took me by the hand leading my way, and was with me in every single step until the last moment. My mom got her visa this morning only after a few weeks from the start. A Mission Impossible" successfully accomplished.HG was able to call on their office administrator in Canada to help me on an actual public holiday to locate the proper site specific form requested by an international visa office and to send it to my mom's authorized representative due to limited window to submit the passport to process the vise.
