I visited there specially for their poutine but what they provide....A small quantity of fries with little bit of sauce...I paid them but what i can say now....worst experience...should care

The food was horrible. The staff was slacking off wasting time, it took so long for them to prepare the food, and when I got my onion rings they were ice cold and extremely salty. I will never come back.

My son and I were there yesterday and I can't possibly adequately praise the staff. I have been involved with customer service since I was 14 - 63 years ago and the 2 young ladies could not possibly have been nicer. I use a cane and forgot it when I took my meal to the table. I offered them a $10 tip and they found it too generous. I will be going back regularly

These are supposed to be onion rings.It's literally sliced onions sprinkled with some sort of batter or bread crumbs, thrown into a deep fryer.I mean, I'm not expecting gourmet food from A&W or from a mall food court but this is unacceptable.

Today august 19 2022 I came at 8 pm to eat and the lady tells me that they were closed because it was very busy. After 20 minutes I see someone with products from A&W and I go and tell her and she tells me that they closed because it was very busy and then they reopened and when I came again she said they closed again. I told her that is not nice to do that. I did not feel welcome here.

Located inside the Rockland Center food court, this A&W is very clean, service was very fast, we even got metal utensils, which was a surprise to me. The burgers are excellent, the sweet fries are my wife’s favorite!

Good and fast service despite of the number of cars in the drive thru they customize the service by asking your name when you order and love the fact that they have paper wrap burger and paper straw I appreciate the eco-friendly gesture but the price is a bit high nonetheless A&W will remain by go to fast food.
