Will never shop there again. I purchased a Madella pump that cost almost $500 and when I opened the box and tried to plug it in the pump part was damaged. It did not turn on and It did not work. Exactly half an hour after I purchased the pump, I brought it back with everything in tact. Nothing opened except for the pump, and they refused to return it and refund my money. They would not let me speak to a manager And just told me that the manufacturer probably sent out a defective one by accident and that it was not their problem. How can that be that after 30 minutes they would not refund my money. I told them I was sceptical to re-purchase a product like this wanted my money back so that I could buy something different. They refused and sent me away with a damaged pump . I believe the customer service girls name was Simran, shame on you for allowing me to leave with a baby at home out $500 and no options in front of me.

I had a great experience at the store last weekend. Liz went above and beyond to help me with a certain item that was out of stock. She was very kind, knowledgeable and approachable. She truly made my day! Mike (I believe is the store manager) was also wonderful as well!

Larger selection of babies stuff. I have been here a number of times and most of the time they have in stock what I’m looking for.

Great location, good amount of stocks and very friendly and helpful staff. My son left very happy with his purchase.
