Reno.Ca is one of the most professional group of contractors I have ever worked with. They were amazing problem solvers,reliable,and did an outstanding job! There was never a day of work missed,or a promise not kept. The job was a 4 month project that was done by quality trades people within the promised time. Ronald Seguin is the project manager and was always available for any questions or concerns one may have. I would highly recommend Reno.Ca for any project be it big or small.

J'ai sollicité leur service pour enlever un mur porteur et installer une poutre d'acier sur 25 pieds. Très satisfait du résultat et impressionné par l'ensemble des travaux. Professionnels et amicals à tous les niveaux. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Nous avons fait affaire avec Réno Montréal pour des des travaux de rénovations intérieures dans notre maison à l'automne 2021 et au printemps 2022. Nous sommes très satisfaits de leurs services du début à la fin; ils sont professionnels, faciles à rejoindre, fiables, cherchent à offrir le meilleur rapport qualité/prix à leurs clients.La visite initiale permet de définir nos besoins et de prendre connaissance des contraintes de la situation. Ils ont aussi conçu des plans d'aménagement et nous ont aidé à remplir les demandes pour les permis de construction de la ville.Ensuite, lors de la phase de chantier, ils sont très efficaces pour coordonner les divers corps de métiers nécessaires et le tout se déroule de façon très fluide et efficace. Une supervision assidue du chantier est effectuée, par Ronald dans notre cas, et cela vise à ce que l'exécution des travaux soit à la hauteur de leurs standards. Ils prennent une attention à la finition et à bien nettoyer après les travaux.Les travaux consistaient en l'enlèvement d'un mur porteur avec remplacement par une poutre encastré et des colonnes, et dans un second temps, l'ouverture dans un mur extérieur et l'installation d'une nouvelle fenêtre. Dans les deux cas, les travaux comprenaient la finition, soit la pose de gypse/plâtrage et la peinture des zones touchées.

We had an appointment on the 2nd of September at 2pm and no one showed up. We called around 2:15pm and we were told that he was in the hospital the evening before. It would have been appreciated to have someone call us early in the morning to tell us that our appointment was cancelled when we told him that he hung up the phone. No consideration for other peoples time.

We are VERY happy with the results of our condo renovation project with Reno Montréal , which included reconfiguring the floor plan, removal of a wall, remodeling the bathroom and kitchen, new flooring and moldings, new interior doors, new windows and sliding glass doors, new appliances, and the addition of air conditioning. All the staff were highly professional and easy to work with – even though the majority of communication and work was accomplished from a distance via Zoom, emails, and phone calls (we were not in Montréal during the majority of the work). The design staff did an excellent job of maximizing the space we had to work with, gave great suggestions for finishes and colors, and were open to our feedback and preferences. The Reno Montréal team also responded well and creatively to the inevitable surprises, like unexpected pipes and ducts in the wall we wanted to remove. Because we were not in Montréal during the renovation, Reno Montréal also took on the task of coordinating with appliance dealers and a wall-bed company, and were even willing to accept deliveries of the appliances that were delayed by supply-chain issues. In several cases, members of our Reno Montréal team made themselves available even while on holiday. We give special thanks to Ron Seguin, the project coordinator, as well as to all the staff who had a hand in our renovation project along the way. We highly recommend them!

Very impressed with the whole team! Professional, punctual and on budget. I had a very long-term project which they were able to help me with. The initial visit they gave really struck a chord with me, very warm and personal service compared to the other companies I had seen before. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for a headache-free experience. Even after the work was done, they had a small follow up with me. The quality of their work definitely showed through, I had many great compliments from friends and family after seeing the renovations!

We are thrilled with our house renovation. Not only is the craftsmanship impeccable, everyone who worked on our house – from the designers to the metal workers - were without exception, incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and professional.
