Amazing customer service today at this location. My mom was having awful luck and service with her bank today and the lady helping us really came through with kind, excellent service and explained everything beautifully right down to their promotions they were offering. Would rate 6 stars if could

Ms. Joanne has always been Super professional, cooperative & consistent in her performance. She exceeded my expectations today to provide a prompt service of western union. From all 4 locations in the Saint John area (now just the 1) I've always had a great experience with them any day or night in the last 12 or 13 years now! Very thorough when explaining any answers to questions or concerns I may have had from cashing cheques, paying on bills or money transfers.

Hi, I had went to money mart to see about getting a loan. I was met with a very friendly lady named Joanne. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained everything in good detail and made my experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend!!
