Only two staff and a line all the way to the door, so I tried to be as patient as possible. Finally got to order after at least 20 minutes and was told it'd be a 10-15 minute wait if we wanted slush or smoothies. We said that'd be fine, but it took more than a half hour. Finally got two of our drinks to find out they forgot to make the third one. Never had such a bad experience at a Chatime.

First time ever at Cha Time. Got the peach slush and the espresso smoothie, both tasted delicious. But I’m really annoyed at the fact that they gave me a cup with a hole in it so it leaked absolutely everywhere and made a gross mess. And they absolutely knew because I saw them wiping my cup off a ton before handing it to me. Probably won’t come back to this location again based on that.

Similar to other reviews, service here is zero. cashier is on the phone playing games the whole time. Please see your surveillance cameras in the store from today (June 30) instead of asking me to email to [email protected] coming back here!

Don't come to this location. They did not put in the effort to do their job. I guess the owner can't bother to care much, the workers are just on their phone all the time. Minimum lighting, no music, the store is not as clean and cozy as other locations. Probably did not make the tapioca every other hour to keep it fresh, and tea leaves weren't strained properly, so there were bites in my drink.

It’s in a great location but unfortunately the staff here doesn’t enjoy working. For the past 2 years there’s always an excuse as to why they can’t make slush or smoothies. Today is was due to shortage of ice. Last time it was the blender was broken & once it was due to it being busy. The last reason is the real reason they don’t make it.As a chain Chatime how can you offer all the options but refuse to make it? Not only that but the staff is always too busy on their phone which slows down the process.

The staff here have no customer service or people skills. They always have an attitude when I ask a question and have such rude responses to everything.. even though I come to this location atleast 2-3 times a week. Proper training should really be done because treating customers the way they do is a joke to such a great business.

2023 July 2.5★Like most Chatime locations,Found that the roasted milk tea was lacking in flavor. Seemed watered down.The atmosphere is bland.Free parking in front.

Long line, charge .15 bag. I notice the staff made a few error in the drinks that we had to wait longer for our order. I recommend always check your order before leaving.

A long-standing Chatime in the Plaza. They need a lot more attention to the interior and appearance. Otherwise, suitable for a quick grab-and-go bubble tea location. Would not recommend staying too long as the staff is not welcoming and the lacking music/positive atmosphere from other locations.Beverages are consistent with the other locations. Their Passion Fruit Tea with Jelly and Thai Milk Tea with Sago is delicious. The service is lacking at this location. Depending on the staff you get, they seemed unorganized as the cashier was very flustered with the number of orders. The store does seem busy and has a decent amount of customers coming in (during Boxing Day). The interior of the store has exposed wood, questionable water damage, and lots of attention required to upkeep. Also, staff members get their own table to work and eat in the common area with customers.
