Okay tire has been my go-to mechanic for many years in fort McMurray. They have done work on many vehicles I have had in the past. Always friendly service extremely fast service and never waiting for appointment times always accommodating to customers.

Made an appointment to get an oil change and my winter tires put on. Dropped the truck off, left for a couple hours, came back. Not done. Waited an hour until it was complete. Went to the counter to pay and noticed that the oil change wasn't on the bill. I asked about it and he said that they didn't do an oil change because it wasn't on the work order. In other words, whatever idiot answered the phone there when I made the appointment didn't put it on the work order. So all said and done, I paid $200 for a 3-hour tire change, and my truck still needs an oil change. Very disappointed.

I went in to OK Tire this morning as someone stopped me while driving and told me my back tire was wobbling. As it was a safety concern, they instantly looked at my vehicle and found the issue right away. It was fixed and I was on my way within 15 mins. Amazing service! I will be coming back for any tire needs.

Honestly, dignity and talent. That’s what OK tire is all about. THE best in town. Very accommodating and friendly staff, highly competent technicians and most importantly very very honest people.

Took my Dodge Journey in for an oil change, wheel alignment, check why it shimmies and brakes done, took 4 days. Was told it shimmies because of a tie rod end, got that fixed and it still shimmied. Was told they could not do alignment cuz my tires we're bad. Tried to sell me tires, I said no" and was told they would not do alignment. Picked up my car only to be billed for the alignment. When I questioned the alignment I was told they had to do it cuz he did the tie rod end. In house financing was a joke

Parking here is a bit slim, but otherwise, as long as you make an appointment, the staff here are very accommodating.Avoid Canadian Tire if at all possible. I had a much better experience here.

I brought my newish Subaru Outback here for a wheel alignment, because they weren’t booked for two weeks like everyone else. They found a failed wheel bearing for me, which I definitely appreciated, because the car was still on warranty. They even took pictures and videos of the damage so I could prove it all to Subaru’s Warranty Department. Problem is when I got it back it was obvious the mechanic had driven the car with his oily coveralls on without a seat cover. I spent 40 minutes rubbing oil out of my leather seats and mud off the head rest. My buddy also happen to notice my car at Show Girls which we concluded was because they had to get the mechanics at Infinity Auto to do the job for them.
