I've done the course multiple times with kmw and have had excellent experiences each time. Every instructor has been friendly, knowledgeable and has made the course more interesting. Being able to do part of it online and part in class is really convenient.

Lily & Tori did such a fantastic job! I have done well over 10 first aid certifications over the years from Aquatics to WFA, WFR, Standard and Emergency first aid. I think this was the best one that I’ve ever taken part in. I have a lot of knowledge and experience but inevitably feel very nervous each time that I take the course. I think this was the first time that I haven’t felt nervous. The information was clear, thoughtfully shared and easy to understand. I felt like it was important to both instructors that they teach and properly train people in first aid rather than trick and outsmart their students. I will send all of my staff to this location. What a fantastic experience.

Competent and knowledgeable staff, Sam and Vicki are really amazing instructors, highly interactive and fun atmosphere students were really nice too, i highly recommended this place and i most definitely will take my recertification at this place as well

I had the best possible learning experience with this company as well as Lily the instructor. Lily made the course very engaging and went above and beyond. I have completed previous first aid/CPR courses in the past with other companies; however, this was by far the best learning experience yet!

Enjoyable CPR/First aid course!Lily was very knowledgeable in all components and very accommodating to the class.

Lily (the part time instructor) was excellent, she was engaging and cared for the details. By the end of the class, you take back some good learning. Would recommend this to anyone who is interested in first aid/cpr. I have done first aid training before but I liked this one much better.

KMW outreach was an amazing place to do my first aid. I had some issues with my schedule at the beginning and I had to reschedule a few times and Vicky was amazing at helping me find a day that worked best. I ended up doing my course with Kirk and he was such a great instructor. He shared very interesting and relevant stories throughout and encouraged all of us to participate and feel comfortable. I really enjoyed the day there and I felt like a learned so much about first aid and CPR. Such a great course, I will definitely recommend to all of my friends.
