Great Canadian Oil Change

The mechanics here are great. Not pushy, explain everything, efficient, friendly, not overpriced. Good place to go for an oil change.

I can’t think of enough highly positive words to adequately describe the exceptional service these guys provide. I need to give a huge personal shoutout to ‘Texas’ (Austin). He went above and beyond and made me feel so reassured I was being told nothing shier I’d the absolute truth. I trust these guys immensely. Try then, you will see for yourself z. No better service anywhere. They aim to please and then some. The genuine desire to help us obvious. In particular I have to give a massive shout out to Texas (Austin) I was experiencing tiny leak and he went beyond anything j could have hoped to receive. Endless kudos guys, .so refreshing to know honest, kind helpful people still exist in this crazy selfish world. . These guys are rockstars, truly !!

I cant speak for the oil changes but 10/10 super friendly staff! I had just blown my lower radiator hose in my corvette clean open in the starbucks drive thru thats kitty corner to their store. I needed to borrow a screwdriver and a knife to shorten my hose past the break and they were more than willing to help! After that i pulled right in to have the coolant filled back up and they were prompt and knowledgeable about my car and gave me an awesome price!!!

Today, I took my car in for a complimentary oil top-up since I had done a synthetic oil change there earlier this year. I called ahead and spoke to the new Manager named John and he was very pleasant to speak with. I said that my vehicle needed some oil and he assured me to come by that same day and that he himself would look after it. John even put in more oil so that my dipstick was full free of charge above the complimentary amount. I highly recommend going to his location as the experience could not have gone any better. Truly professional with kindness, respect and also very courteous. Go and see for Yourself. I will 110% be going back for future servicing.

The guys that work here are amazing! Tip them well! I had one guy who went above and beyond but I didn't catch his name! I'll have to ask next time. Keep up the AMAZING job you guys are doing!

Edit- a bit rough at first, I do understand that mistakes happen, and after leaving a negative review the staff got in touch and made it right. Thank you I very much appreciate you guys fixing the situation !Original review -Was great service until about an hour later when I was going down the highway and heard the most AWFUL noise. After pulling over it appeared my skid plate was dragging along the road.Slowly and loudly drove it back here, only for Austin to not even apologize. Almost 10 minutes later he comes back and says its good to go, he zip-tied it up... The story was that I came in with missing hardware - but was not told this??? When I went in for the oil change I was the only car, it was not busy at all.The other guy came and took over (was very condescending), watched the footage and said that's what happened. After arguing some more he went and found some hardware from their misc. bin??? and put that on so I was good to go, all while acting like he did me a HUGE favour...Whole ordeal took over 40 minutes. Had they just been apologetic and owned up to their mistakes it would have been a different story - but they did not. Maybe had I been an older man I would have received different treatment.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Great service, very friendly. Didn’t try to push anything on me. Asked if I wanted to learn how to change my air filter since they didn’t have one in stock. Quick and easy oil change. Highly recommend.

I don't generally write reviews good or bad but this is an exception. I have 2 vehicles and always take them to this location for my oil changes. If any other issues arise with either vehicle I will bring the here as well. All the staff at this location are extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and provide not only great service but a great experience. Mike Drew has serviced both my vehicles and would like to thank him again for being honest regarding the status of my oil change requirements. Highly recommend this location for any of your vehicle repairs or service needs that they have listed.

Quick friendly and efficient. All I could ask when I need an oil change! Usually do my own but for the price and convenience of not having to deal with running around grabbing oil and filter and dealing with the old oil I'll gladly keep coming back! Way better than waiting for over an hour at dealership's!
