Amazing service, the staff was super friendly and helpful, quick to pick up on how new we were at buying this sort of thing, but not all in our business about it either.I'm very impressed by not only the great help that's available and how non judgemental the atmosphere and staff are, but also the huge selection of stuff. Everything from partner toys to gag gifts to clothes, and then more!I'm very happy with my experience at HUSH and will recommend this store to anyone who is ever looking for this kind of service.

Update- Awesome customer service! Amanda went above and beyond to sort out the issue and make it right. The customer service provided was perfect and the resolution was more than fair. I'm happy to continue shopping here with this level of care for there customers.Original Review- I really want to like this store because the employees are friendly and some even are very helpful. The store is clean and bright so it feels like a boutique type store for what you're buying. However, I've only made 2 purchases so far (on different occasions and with about a year or 2 in between) and each time the products have been faulty or broke very early on. I know this is not the stores fault but they do stock these items and due to the nature of the product you're unlikely to be able to return anything. I will give them credit because twice they DID return the product but ONLY because it was same day, and they didn't work out of the box. One of these products they returned same day was replaced with a new one and a few months later its the same exact issue and no longer working. I'm also trying to reach out to the store to let them know of this issue so they're aware of this ongoing problem with the same product and to get contact info for the manufacturer but I cant reach anyone in this location or even at Hush Canada directly. So overall I want to say its been a good experience in store, but not satisfied with products I've purchased.

Have always had very good experiences here. The store is always clean and staff is friendly and helpful. I find lots of adult stores feel dark and almost like there's something wrong" about being there and I don't get that going into here. The products are high quality and definitely a bit more on the pricey side but I've never had an issue with anything and if I do I know they are more than willing to help and resolve. The staff is super knowledgeable and passionate and make it super comfortable to ask questions and look at things without judgment. Definitely one of the only adult stores I will go to. Great selection and helpful staff. Maybe it is not the most important thing, but unlike some other shops, this one has a spacious and bright interior, which is nice and deserves at least half of the star :-)

Don't be fooled by its slightly sketchy surroundings, this shop is top notch. I went in today (my second visit to a shop of this type in my life) and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The selection is mind boggling, but they were there to help answer any questions I had in a fun and relaxed manner. The shop itself is clean and organized. I would recommend HUSH especially to anyone who's a bit inexperienced or bashful like me :)

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed shopping here today. It is very clean and welcoming. The employees are professional, kind and well informed. It was our first time at this shop and we will definitely return. They were not pushy or make us feel awkward at all.

I've never been so delighted to be a shopper somewhere. The woman helping me was absolutely amazing, answered all of my questions with the utmost depth and treated me as though I really was a valued customer.I got a coupon for $10 off my next purchase, which I used right there and then, and I also got a 15% student discount! How awesome is that? Being a university student comes with a lot of stress. Not only did she help me find an item to relieve that stress, but made sure I knew all about cleaning it, maintaining it, etc.Whether you're looking for something kinky to use with a partner or need something to make your private time a little bit more exciting, I highly recommend Hush as the place to go. I will most certainly be coming again in the future.
