It's always a great experience going into this office. They are always on time or early and everyone is very friendly. They accommodated my son getting his expander off a few days early so that it was off for his birthday which made for one happy kid! He also loved the birthday goodie bag they gave him. I really liked how during our initial consult the conversation was mostly directed to my son (I was of course included in the conversation) whereas another consult that we had elsewhere was mostly directed to me. My son is the patient, not me so this went a long way for me. So happy we chose Palermo!

We had a great first visit and consultation with Dr. Rahimi and staff at Palermo Orthodontics.Dr. Rahimi really took the time to explain my daughters treatment plan to her in a way an 8 year old could understand. This made her feel comfortable and more involved with her treatment going forward.The staff was excellent at taking their time to answer my questions and didn’t rush me.We look forward to all our future treatments at Palermo Orthodontics.

The staff at Palermo Orthodontics were amazing. They completely put my child at ease and were so patient with her. They explained everything that they were doing and what the nexts steps would be. Honestly, I’m now thinking about visiting them for orthodontic work because they were such a pleasure to work with!

A wonderful team, wonderful time management, super efficient and friendly staff. This is by no means the closest orthodontist to where I live, but I happily drive there as the experience is always wonderful. They treat my girls with the utmost respect and friendliness.

I am grateful for the exceptional service that we received for my child. Dr Rahimi is very knowledge and reasonable in terms of orthodontics for kids. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I feel that I can fully trust their assessment. Dr Rahimi dedicated his time to do an assessment despite the fact that we move to another country and would no longer be his patient. He advised on the next steps once we settle in a new place and provided detailed documentations that we can use for reference.

The environment is very nice, as well as the staffs. Dr. Rahimi is easygoing and gave us an explanation of treatment clearly and comprehensibly, even for my 11-year-old daughter.

Front desk is not accommodative at all. Me and daughter is going very first time to the place. We missed a street and had to take alternate route to reach the place. In the process we were 10 minutes late. And they cancelled the appointment, without even making a call or checking with us. That is very rude, people have different problems and being accommodative is the first thing any customer service should understand.

We've just started the process of fixing our daughter's crossbite and aligning her teeth, and our experience has been pleasant, friendly, professional and extremely satisfactory so far. Clinic staff are friendly and professional and understand the process well, and Dr. Rahimi takes the time to explain the issues and the solutions at length and has an amazing manner. I have utmost confidence in the outcome of the process.
