We really enjoyed the private mineral bath over being in the outdoor pool with a hundred other people.Courtney the spa host was exceptional, we recommend and will definitely visit again.

The spa is nothing special, given the price of the services. I have had a lot more for a lot less. I booked my kid for a “mini manicure”. She received a sloppy nail polish job that chipped before the end of day. I understand there isn’t a lot that can be done for a kids mani, but the service was supposed to last 45 mins (it was barely 30) and the technician did not push nor trim her cuticles, nor engage in any conversation. And I was charged $55 plus tip for this. Not worth it at all.I had a massage. It was fine. Nothing special at all. And not worth the price. My mom however had a really good massage and she was pleased with her experience.

Absolutely awful. My husband booked me in for a well deserved 45 minute manicure and instead I received a barely 30 minute treatment.. she rushed and couldn’t give a toss about what she doing.I arrived in good time to check in; upon arrival the receptionist got me to fill out an outtake form about my health while I waited for Keisha (why I was asked to waste time filling out a pointless form for a manicure I have no idea), this wasted 15 minutes of my sodding 45 minute treatment.Keisha arrived and Takes me away from the spa for the treatment; for the price I expected to receive good quality… the products are cheep , she did not tidy up the sides in if nails and one nail has a blemish of unsmoothed polish (zero attention to detail) the color did not match the sample shown (she did say I could change color, by this point I was feeling pretty upset). As soon as she finished she was eager to get me out the door with wet nails. I said my nails are wet half expecting her let me sit and wait for at least 15 minutes and for her check on her work but nope I was handed my handbag.I asked to her charge the credit card my husband provided but was told I had to walk back to the spa to pay as they don’t take payment at the nail place.. I’m 7 months pregnant and having to walk back was unfair and the to have walk all the way (opposite direction to the hotel exit). For the price and the diabolical service I, for the first time in my life refused to tip and I felt sad when telling my husband about my experience.Never have I been treated like this before. I’ll be ringing management first thing for a refund.Avoid this place, terrible service, terrible work and grossly overpriced.

Good add on experience for staying at the hotel. Guys should definitely try the facial escape for men, it was awesome. Very solid massage too, great way to wrap up my stay.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEI have been going to this spa for years, and this July 21, 2022, I brought a friend with me to get one of their treatments at $170 each. As I have had this treatment many times before I knew what to expect. Well, the girl was new and didn't do the treatment properly and this was determined during my phone call.I was offered a 25% discount on my next service and a private soak. Of course, I wasn't happy to hear they were asking me to come and spend more money. I just want my money back or the service I paid for. The next day I received an email from the spa pointing out the time we arrived and the technician thought I was a nice customer and they can only offer me a discount on my next visit. I responded to the email, and I haven't had anything back. It's safe to say they don't care about their customers. If anyone wants my 25% discount, you can have it.

I showed up to Harrison Hot Springs with my wife, brother and his husband with a reservation at 4:30pm on November 15th. Apparently they had emailed a cancelation earlier that day due to flood warnings. But we didn't receive the email in time. We were already there at the front desk when the acting manager explained that the hotel couldn't accept us as guests because there might be an evacuation order. We told them we would accept that risk and would not hold them accountable in any way if our stay was interrupted by an evacuation order. They told us that they simply could not take us and we should to drive back to Vancouver (in the dark and the rain) or stay at another hotel down the street. Brilliant. I mean, how are either of those options any safer for us? Trying to salvage the trip, and accepting that we could not be given a room, we asked if we could just use the hot springs since we had come all the way from Toronto. The hotel pools were still clearly open and operational. Nope. Those were only for guests. Unbelievable.

My friends and I went to the Healing Springs this past weekend to treat ourselves with a spa day. My girlfriends got massages and I got a facial by Mr. Simranjeet Brar which was great. However, I wouldn’t consider this a luxurious or relaxing spa day experience, rather it’s a place to come for a single spa service. The way it’s described online makes you think it’s going to be something similar to the Scandinave Spa in Whistler, which it isn’t.When we checked in we were given a towel but no robe, and weren’t given any information about the pools, where to meet for our appointment or where the change rooms were. When we found the change room it wasn’t your typical spa change room, it was a single shower, single bathroom stall room that had lockers without locks, no shampoo/conditioner and connected to the resort pools, so children and families were running in and out - similar to a change room you would find at a waterpark. We had to leave the resort and go to the local corner store to buy a lock for our locker and shampoo/conditioner.As mentioned, the pools were mainly occupied by families and children playing with water guns and running around, so if you’re expecting these pools to be relaxing spa pools, they aren’t. There is a “quiet” indoor pool/hot tub area, but children were playing and yelling in there as well. All in all, if you’re staying here and want a massage or facial the service is good, but don’t expect to spend anymore time relaxing other than the 60 minutes your appointment lasts. If you’re wanting to come here for a spa day experience I don’t recommend it, rather I’d recommend you go to the Scandinave Spa, Fairmont Willow Stream Spa or the Parq Spa.

I would have given this review a 5/5 but there was, unforunately, a mix-up in my treatment time. Luckily for me, there was another time available that worked for me and I was able to make it up. They did also give me a discount for the inconvenience. Apparently they had tried to call me a few times but I did not get the message- I was also shocked that they did not attempt to email me, seeing as the booking was made directly through their online system. When I did recieve my treatment though, I was very happy with it. Overall, I think there is nothing special about their treatments here but it was still a relaxing time for me- other than the time mix-up.
