RIF Moving was wonderful. We had a small job where we needed to move our China cabinet from the main floor into the basement. I asked around many moving companies, and RIF Moving was one of the only companies willing to do such a small job, and offered a very competitive price. From the very beginning, Magdi was great on the phone, expressing a great amount of professionalism and patience when answering all my questions. On the day of the move, Henrique and his team arrived early (after phoning me to confirm if it would be alright). They were extremely careful with our furniture, and completed the move to our satisfaction. Overall, they were courteous, professional, and all in all a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!

RIF went above and beyond in their service.We have 3 kids and were doing a big move from Vancouver to Edmonton. Youngest a baby. I was so scared and overwhelmed, afraid of not being able to pull it off. RIF made our moving experience a bliss. They work fast, hard and with attention to details. When unexpected problems popped, they were fantastic at solving them.Hiring a moving company was scary, I had heard so many awful stories. But RIF was absolutely amazing. They made moving a dream. I have moved 11 times in my life , I have never had such an amazing experience as I did with Rif moving . The care the boys took with my things was incredible. Not only did they handle my things like it wax their own but they fixed the stuff my last movers broke .The boys they sent us could not have been sweeter and went above and beyond to make my move so easy .I have recommended them to EVERYONE. 100% recommend trusting these folks with your move. They were so friendly, quick, and professional. They're the first movers that I've worked with that actually read box labels, so organized, and properly transported all of our belongings. I also want to add, my experience with this company has been so smooth - from booking and confirming the move to the actual move itself. Can't thank these peeps enough! Magdi, Diego, and the other mover (sorry I didn't catch his name) were such a delight to work with. Will definitely recommend their services to anyone I know.

They were slow and incompetent. The team took turns loading the truck and clearly didn't know what they were doing. When I called to speak to a supervisor I was yelled at by the owner. He hung up on me and then called back a few minutes later to yell more. It was unbelievable. They broke a couple things, offered a tiny discount, and took way longer than expected.Go with any other company because you'll be overcharged for poor service, and then treated poorly whether you mention it or not.

I have used RIF moving 2x in the past 3 months and they were incredible! Each time, the team showed up early and texted me in advance of arrival so I knows their ETA. They moved everything so carefully and I was impressed by how efficiently they worked. Also, I found the entire team (3 movers both times) very pleasant. I had some last-minute changes to the plan and they didn’t seem the least bit annoyed, even though I knew the changes were setting them back a little.I’ve worked with a lot of moving companies in the US and Canada. RIF is by far the best!

The whole debacle was a joke. They didn't know how to load the truck properly. They sat around talking or playing on their phone constantly. When I called to try to speak to someone in charge I was yelled at by the owner. 5 minutes later, he called me back to yell some more.This was a medium-sized in-town move of a 2-bedroom place. I provided the details on how many stairs and the number of items and the owner screamed that I misled them. I didn't. Everything was described accurately.During the unload we discovered that a mirror had been broken. Days later we discovered that the hydraulics on an office chair no longer worked. They were so slow that I was outpacing them and hauling things because I was embarrassed for them. And these were young guys, it's not like they were broken down old men. Just lazy.One of the swampers also yelled at my partner when she asked if they could stop sitting around all the time. The whole thing was laughable and nobody should use this company. It cost more than expected for a subpar service and you should go with anyone else.
