Customer service was exceptional, I believe I was helped by Aaron. He had great knowledge about skis and ski equipment and answered all my questions. The prices are a little higher than other stores but worth it for the quality and customer service that's received, also a very convenient location downtown. I'll definitely be back!

I recently made my first purchase from Ski and Bike and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The customer service I received was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the help and effort put into my order. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed.I particularly appreciated the time and attention given to my order, as well as the prompt delivery. It's clear that Ski and Bike values its customers and takes pride in providing excellent service. Visited this shop today to get a bike. Salespersons were fantastic. I was assisted by Aaron and Steve, both of them went above and beyond to provide me with an expert advice patiently listening to my needs. Also they offered me to test drove a few bikes and made suggestions. Highly recommend the shop!

Friday, May 19, 2023Today I was in the store, just browsing and one of the employees, Henry, allowed me to test ride an electric pedal assist hybrid bike - knowing that I was not in the market. As well, he helped me with other questions I had regarding accessories I will eventually need with my present bike. In no way was there any pressure on his part to get me to buy anything --- after all, I was only browsing. I would certainly recommend anyone looking to buy anything at Skiis & Bikes - to talk to Henry. He is personable as well as professional!

I took my shop to this store yesterday. It was a nice experience.I was shopping for a basket for my bike. Henry walked me through the various options and listed out the pros and cons of each one.Also, I had a problem with my Ulock which I had bought from another store. Henry helped me with that as well.Henry is knowledgeable, helpful and nice.I would definitely go again.

Great experience and outstanding customer service, I spent almost 2 hours just asking all sorts of questions and everyone went above and beyond to help out and offer advice and tips. Ask for Henry, he's terrific!They have a great selection of bikes and accessories

I thought I had a flat tire so I called the shop to schedule an appointment. They told me to bring it in right away, and they can fix it within the hour. Upon inspection, they realized the tubeless gravel bike I bought a few years ago from Gears Bike Shop didn't actually put any sealant in the tires. So my tires were leaking air all this time because the original store did a poor job installing the bike.Well Skiis and Biikes were just terrific. They helped me fix my tires, and taught me how to maintain my bike going forward. And it only cost me $22 and an hour of my time. Awesome people there. Highly friendly experienced staff.

We get our ski gear there every year, and it's always been great. This year my 13 years old asked last minute to try race skiing. We came in to get race gear for her, and got much more: wonderful guidance from all staff members for what we should look for, pros and cons, and some good advice regarding racing in general. Then they accomodated and rushed the work that was needed so we will be ready in time to start the season.Highly recommended!
