Worst service ever , I went and got the appointment fixed for first meeting as family doctor and date was given after 40 days , on the day or meeting, i woke up early morning and went all the way to her clinic and literally when was outside the clinic they called on my number and said they are not taking new patients, i mean are you kidding me ?? you didnt know earlier?? just wasted my 40 days. highly unprofessional

One of the worst doctor clinics I have ever been to. The receptionists are unable to help, regularly booked me for appointments on the wrong dates, and rarely answer the phone, return your call, or answer your email. Getting an appointment is basically only possible if you book months in advance, and even then, you better hope they actually call you for your over the phone appointment. I have multiple times, run out of medication due to these mess ups on their part. Dr. Iyer is kind, however this does not make up for how poorly the office is run.

I booked an appointment weeks ago, and it was postponed. Even sfter, at the time of my appointment, nobody called me.I sent a follow up email, which was also ignored. This is people’s lives you are talking about, you can’t just not show up to your patient. God forbid if I were actually sick - I only booked a meet and greet.Just don’t waste your time, I already did waste 3 weeks on this.

Very friendly, professional, doesn’t beat around the bush (right to the point). Helped some health issues no other doctor could figure out for me. A very compassionate person, and made me feel comfortable even tho I have high expectations anxiety

Been trying to get in as a new patient for almost two weeks now. I’ve called twice everyday this week with zero response and called multiple times last week. Also their voicemail is almost always full. Just a heads up for anyone trying to become a new patient here.

Sadly I went to this Dr only because she was the only Dr accepting new patients in Downtown Calgary. I booked an appointment 3 times, which and she never attended. You can call an office but no one answers, you cannot leave a message, no receptionist and everything is booked online, only virtual appointments and if you send an email you get a response a week later. I have sent emails that have had no response since May 2023. If this is the future of healthcare its pretty sad. Needless to say, no longer my Dr. Ignoring patents is unacceptable.
