Very overpriced compared to other dry cleaners and the example of work is in the picture below. The lady the desk has no customer service skills at all. They just want to get the job done and not tell you if its done properly even after payment.

Front desk lady was very rude and would get annoyed when I asked to repeat because she would speak looking at another direction. Asked for 2 shirts to be cleaned for end of week with extra fees if possible and she printed me a receipt and said « best I can do is Monday next week ».

Quoted $30 for three patches on three pairs of jeans. Came to $60 with no justification. I never got a call before the work to approve a doubling in price. Clerk only offered that I come back when a manager was there during the week which is not realistic. Paid the double price and just won't go back.

I have used the services of this dry cleaner for several years and have only good things to say about the quality of their work, and the professionalism of their staff. Even though I’ve moved out of the neighborhood, I continue to make the trek across town just because I know I’ll be happy with the results.

White dress had spots remained after the cleaning. Nobody told us anything even after payment. We discovered it by ourselves and the personnel when asked said they place a label on the dress without having the decency to mention it. Very poor client orientation.

Seems to hit or miss depending who receives you.

Phenomenal service. Had some alterations, repairs, and dry cleaning done; everything returned with excellent care and freshly pressed. Highly recommended.

Would you like to be treated like a nuisance? Would you like to leave your garments for two weeks without knowing whether they’d be returned to you with the requested repairs completed? Would you like to be spoken to in a tone befitting a Victorian-era headmistress? Would you like to have an employee simply wander off (!) when asked what you thought was a reasonable question regarding the likelihood of the required materials being or becoming available? Yes? Then this is the place for you!I wish I were exaggerating, but I don’t think I have ever been treated this poorly by a business that claims to provide a service, so I guess they’re the best at something at least.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Pick up and delivery service twice a week. Norman is the best!!! Thank you for a great service.
