Clearbrook Dental

Just started going here and i have to say this is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. Everyone from the receptionist to the Dr are super professional and make the experience very easy. Dr Yip has been very patient with me since it’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist . She’s explained everything very well and handled everything with extra care . I totally recommend Dr. Yip and Clearbrook Dental for all your dentistry work.

Finally a dentist office you can be comfortable in. Patient 5-7 years never had an issue, Dr Jenny knew I wasn’t a dentist fan from 1st appointment. Now I wished I’d found Clearbrook a long time ago. She has stabilized and corrected gums and teeth issues from the past.

Excellent service from time entering the office to seeing the dentist, they all put you at ease. I would strongly recommend this Dental Office to anyone in need of a dentist.

The dentist and the staff at this office is amazing to put it very clearly. As everyone knows going to a dentist can be a very scary experience, but as soon as you walk in the door and are greeted by the super nice receptionist you already feel comfortable and right at home. The work they have done for me is above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I cannot say enough good things about this Dental office! From my initial email, to my first visit and everything in between it has been nothing less then excellent. They make what is typically an anxiety inducing environment feel fun.Brittney-Jane is amazing, incredibly friendly, very communicative and efficient at responding not only in the way that works best for me (email) but also in a timely manor. I like the phone calls for cancellations as well.On my first visit i saw Cindy, and Dr. Yip. They were both very friendly and personable as well, they took the time to get to know me and to explain what it was they were doing, why and what the benefits to me are. They gave me advice on when to plan my visits for insurance purposes as well. Dr. Yip was very gentle, as i have very sensitive teeth, and she even spent the time to explain what techniques i should use while flossing.For the invoicing section i dealt with Carole over the phone. She was also incredibly friendly, and helpful. She went over all the charges with me to ensure I understood what insurance was taking care of and she sent the receipt via email to me almost instantly.Overall, this place blew me away. My previous dental office was a nightmare to deal with, it would hurt and i always left feeling uneasy about what i was told. This place is the complete opposite. I dont dread my dentist appointments anymore, I truly can’t recommend them enough.Thank you again to all the staff at Clearbrook Dental, you are all amazing at what you do!

I have been going to Clearbrook Dental for the past seven years. I have been very satisfied with the work that is done there and the treatment from the staff. They are very efficient, polite, and accommodating . I would highly recommend Clearbrook Dental to anyone that is currently looking for a dentist.

Dr. Ordog and all staff treated my entire family so well. They asked questions, took time to listen to our concerns and make sure we were comfortable the entire time. We have been coming to Clearbrook since we moved to the area almost 10 years ago and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

Seen Dr. Rapp and Cindy and was a very good experience from the front- to the chair! As someone who works in the medical field I was very comfortable and felt like I had been 100 times already.
