Best pedicure I've ever had! Very high quality products and friendly and professional service. It has lasted several weeks without a single chip. I also had a lash lift done - amazing results, and the hand massage while it set was a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Willow King’s RMT, Kylie. I saw her for pregnancy massages and she was an absolute god send for me. After the birth, I have continued to see her for regular massages, and have been just as happy. Willow King spa is a wonderful, relaxing space. Kylie is always exactly on time with our appointments, and I never feel rushed in leaving afterward. I feel incredibly relaxed and loose after every single massage I get from her. She is very skilled and knowledgeable about treating a range of conditions and I look forward to every appointment I have with her. Highly recommend both Kylie and Willow King generally. The only other treatment I have had at Willow King was a pedicure, and it was actually the best pedicure I have ever had- unfortunately, I can’t remember the name of the woman who did it. But if you get the chance to have either a massage or a pedicure here, take it!

I had a big day that I knew would tire me out and strain my body, so I booked a massage for the following day. I was not disappointed. I told the massage therapist, this was the best massage ever! My body did not ache, I came away feeling relaxed and ready to carry on. I’m not going to wait for another big event in my life to book another massage! Thank you Willow King Spa!

Visited with my dear friend today, for a Beach Goddess package (back, neck, shoulder massage, customized facial and lash tint). I may have overdone it with the 3-hour duration indicated on their website, but my friend and I were determined to catch up on our spa tour of Victoria (delayed due to covid).Quaint location in Cordova Bay, free parking available in their Customer parking space underground. It says 2hour only, but it was alright as we are customers. It's in the same building as the bakery found on the main road.We were greeted promptly and checked in, given our health questionnaire and was each on our way to our appointment rooms. My friend told me they give phone call reminders the day before your appointment as well, which is helpful.Helen was very kind, professional, but also easy to talk to. I was very self-conscious about my own body image, but Helen just put me at ease with talking during my massage. The facial I stayed silent, and Helen was perfectly on auto-pilot. Probably for the best I didn't distract with my nonsense. It was so relaxing I managed to catch myself almost dozing off! Lash tint was not very good for me, as my eyelashes were black and tinting them didn't do it any favors (just one thing to note if you're thinking of lash tinting). BUT! My friend looked like a doll when she came out with her lashes.Products used were Eminence brand, which each product smelled delicious-one smelled healthy haha... There was the Mangosteen cleanser that smelled like delicious mangoes. We left Willow King with some samples as well.Take aways for me: while 3 hours seems like heaven, it was a really long time to stay laying down. It's nice to try though, and definitely worth it! Helen was lovely, and my friend said her appointment with Nicole was nice as well. Currently the baths are not open, but they may accommodate alternatives to that which is nice. Rooms were tidy and ambient, appointments were on time that day.I know there are plenty of spas in Victoria, but this is definitely a place to consider should you want to treat yourself!

I received a massage treatment with Kylie. She took a very detailed account of my history and focused on the areas needed attention. She was able to release the tension in muscles that had been tight for years!Willow King is very Covid safety conscious and I felt safe. Highly recommend. It was my first visit and I'll be going back!

Bree is an absolute gem! I have been getting my nails done by her for years. She is always super professional and personable, making sure her clients are always satisfied and very well taken care of. She is extremely talented at what she does. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Willow King Spa is a wonderful beauty care business. The spa provides all the services you need and is located in an ideal area where it is easy to park and is near other grocery services, restaurants, coffee shop, etc. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. I love that they carry my favorite skin care products, Eminence, and they are always prepared to provide outstanding skin care advice when it comes to choosing the right product for your skin type.

I wouldn't give this a one star but that's the lowest I could give. The service was horrible. Overpriced pedicure for $100 that was not done up to standard. I called several times and was told the owner would call me back and no one did. I have pictures of the service as I was very disappointed. Went somewhere else and had it redone for less than half price and a perfect job. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Erica was amazing!! Such a wonderful experience! My wife loves this place and I can see why... going back again next weekend :)
