Dependable Plumbing and Heating

I've used Dependable Plumbing several times for my small apartment building and they've always been professional, on time and enjoyable to work with. They walked me threw the process before doing any of the work to make me feel comfortable and I highly recommend this company.

Both Jared and Jeff were professional on the phone when I called, and in-person when they worked in our home. They were very knowledgeable and experienced plumbers and were able to handle the complexity of older plumbing in a condominium environment. They completed the work over a couple of days, and were always on time and ready to work. They were respectful of our home, and kept their tools and work space neat and tidy. They rate was fair and well worth their performance. I highly recommend Dependable Plumbing and Heating.

Many have been in the same situation we were just in yesterday.We had to turn off our water supply due to a bathtub faucet leak that was making a mess. I need a plumber who do you call.Jared at Dependable Plumbing was my third call trying to find a plumber that was available. Jared said he could get someone there by 10 am the next morning. His cohort Lou showed up before 10 am and corrected our anxiety ridden issue.I run a retail pharmacy and I can tell you that their service was exemplary and will be used again by my household and business.TRUSTWORTHY certainly comes to mind. Replacement of a shower diverter unit in a fairly tricky location, involving some older plumbing. They were very quick to respond to my original call, showed up on time and completed the work quickly, professionally and for a fair price. They even adjusted their schedule to accommodate the fact that I had to take a day off work to come in out of town and could only do it on a specific day and time. Highly recommended and will use them again.

I used this company to install my sink in my 2nd bathroom. They arrived on time. The access they needed was in the crawl space not such an easy place to work in despite that they completed the work quickly and professionally. Super happy with the end result!!Would definitely use this company again!

Iam so grateful for this company.Having a big plumbing issue sometimes can be very scary as a homeowner, when i called this company and explained what was happening with the plumbing in my house, the owners of the company came and diagnosed the problem immediately. They also took the time and explained it to me in terms that i was able to understand, which was super important and reassuring. Change your name!!! Today I had a plumbing emergency so I called around and Dependable plumbing said yes we'll be there so I canceled the other plumber that could come later in the early evening. Then I checked with Dependable to get and eta and they cancelled on me. Thanks for nothing, don't make promises when people are counting on you. Thanks for wasting my time. You are not Dependable!!!

We hired Dependable Plumbing and Heating to solve and repair an elusive leak in our kitchen. The person who attended to the leak was very courteous in our home and efficient at targeting the likely sources for investigation. He answered our questions as he went about the necessary work and affirmed the steps we took by engaging a plumber immediately. He found the leak, which we couldn’t isolate on our own, and changed a hose to make a reliable seal and repair. He gave us advice on upkeep and preventative maintenance, and then he was on his way. Rates for the work were reasonable, and it was easy to finalize payments. Thanks, Dependable Plumbing and Heating!

While I'm happy with the plumbing done in our kitchen, I would caution anyone to deal with a company that provides a written and/or emailed estimate. Dependable Plumbing and Heating DOES NOT. They also ONLY accept payment via a 3rd party website. No cheques, and no in-person payments!When I received my invoice, there was no breakout for materials and labour. When I asked how many hours of labour I was being charged for (they do not list specifically parts used in your project), I was given a Rough" estimate. Who bills someone based on a "rough estimate" and who wants to pay for something without a specific justified price?I find this to be very unprofessional
