Jiffy Lube + Tires

Did a great job swapping summer tires onto rims. Cleaned the beads, added sealant and also cleaned the rotors/wheels where they contact, using a buffing tool. This is more than a lot of places would bother doing. Well done Jiffy Lube!

I came with my Audi A4 for an oil re-fill (not an oil change). Both guys were very professional, nice, and quick. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I’ll come again. 100% recommend.

I had what I thought was a burnt-out turn signal light and Kyle figured out that it was just a loose connection. He was so polite and helpful, as is the whole staff! I don’t go anywhere else for my oil changes. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience at this location. Was pressured into an additional service during an oil change which was not done properly and ended up causing major oil leaks in my driveway plus likely damage to engine. We brought our vehicle back the next day and were told the heavy oil smell in the cabin was normal and that would go away. After this, we brought our vehicle to our mechanic who has 30 years experience and he took videos and pictures without being asked so that we could get our money back for the service. After 10 emails back and forth and providing the videos, the owner did nothing for us.

I have been to this location both times and both times have been great, no pressure to get services done and they even let you know how to do things are your own. I appreciate the honesty especailly as women and not knowing that much about cars. I will definitly be going back. Thanks for the great service!

Buyer beware: shady business1 occasionally they charge a extra $20 special oil filter fee. Been there multiple times and 50% of the time they add the extra fee.2 they checked my tires, & lowered the psi to 28, when they were at proper 31 psi.3 they checked my cabin air filter and told me it didn’t need to be changed yet, then failed to put the cabin air filter back.Really poor customer service, with inconsistent prices and mistakes being made. Find somewhere you can trust, you’ll save money.Never again.

The gentleman who helped me (Kyle), honestly went through all inspection items and without any pressure sell explained pros and cones then explained all available options for them. He gave me all discounts even the ones that I didn’t aware of them.The most important part for me was the 2nd person who came and re-checked all process as QC person.Find honest peoples in this industry is really hard. I highly recommend them.

The staff member was very nice and polite. He was thorough on checking everything for my vehicle but didn’t push me into getting extra things done.He just showed me what he was talking about and explained why such things should be serviced at some point.After we were done he asked if I had any questions, and I was concerned about a recommendation I received from the dealership that I should be doing very soon, called a C-Service, & it would cost $1,500.He looked up everything that it involved, and explained that he already showed me that I only needed 3 things serviced, out of 10 or more other things that would “need to get done” at the dealership. Everything else on the list, he said he already checked and everything was still good.Super helpful, honest and informative!I appreciated their help at the Creekside location

Went there this morning as I got a nail in my tire. They got the tire off the rim to discover it was at an angle. They could not repair, and did not charge the time they spent. Great people. I have had oil changes here, and the service is fantastic. I have never had a bad experience here.

Just got my oil changed and Trendan was awesome! Super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend !
