Thanks for the great service and extra care of the 430i convertible! Cassandra kept us informed of the progress and in a timely manner too! The Uber service is a great as well for a shuttle both ways!! And love the after hours Kiosk for payments and key pickup!!

I sent the details about the awful experience I had directly to the BMW Canada, asking me again to share it here in an Email with even not reading my feedback is a little confusing. This shows me that all these routines are not for achieving customer's satisfaction but they just want to show the headquarter, they are following the protocols.As I mentioned in the survey, we are experiencing time that demand is more than supply, so they think there is no reason to respect their clients, soon we go back to normal condition and then they will start acting like before the pandemic.

Excellent customer service from the entire team. Vijay took care of everything on the front end, Lesley made sure to cover warranty and service aspects and James took the time to review the nuances of the i4. And of course, the vehicles is amazing!! Thank you Budds BMW.

Recently had a Dinan software upgrade installed on my 2016 535iX. Customer service rep (Cassandra G) was very responsive. The installer took about 10 mins to answer all my questions about how the car would behave etc. after the tune was installed.Would recommend Budds' BMW for service.

Our Sales Associate Warren was knowledgeable and focused on our needs as a customer. He kept us informed as we awaited delivery of our custom ordered X1 from the factory. The delivery experience was great with us being able to spend time with the delivery tech to learn all about our new vehicle and all of its functionality

We bought a new SUV from Budd’s BMW and the experience from the beginning was very pleasant. Vijay was extremely helpful & responsive, answering all of our questions and going through a variety of options. He also didn’t pressure us into anything that we didn’t need.Picking up the car was also a very pleasant experience and the walk through was very informative.I’d likely purchase from Budd’s BMW again in the future.

Decent service on my regular service, staff was helpful and time took was kind of slightly more on the higher side though.The reason for 3 star - When you come to a BMW Service there is an expectation of a certain standard, a league. When you return the car back to the customer giving the car a normal exterior nice wash is always a nice gesture. The exterior car wash is pretty standard everywhere BMW dealerships, was surprised Budds did not do that.

My first service appointment at Budds for my X3. Overall quick and efficient service. The only complain was that I was not advised about additional charges related to fluid top ups and they were done without my consent. Service advisor could have explained me during the call. When I went to pickup my vehicle I asked about then and lady said I only take the payment and cannot explain about the charges and service advisor should have mentioned.
