Absolutely fantastic. I called this morning in a panic as my cat had been having urinary issues, and these guys got me an appointment as soon as they could, they were so gentle and friendly with my cat who is a little timid when it comes to vets. An amazing staff and incredible vet. They took the time to explain everything and I will definitely be returning with my other pets!

Have had to bring all three pups there now, each for an emergency visit and one for a routine check-up and then a teeth cleaning. All of our visits have been great with super short waits compared to what we were facing in the lower mainland and the pricing for services although a little bit more, it is not significantly more compared to down south and to be expected in a remote community. I appreciated that Dr. Thwaites took a good amount of time both on the phone and later in person when reviewing a new medical issue for one of my fur babies. Both the doctors and the vet techs have been so great with my nervous pups. Extra big thanks to Tracey for taking care of Tess’s bleeding nail quick today she was so calm, efficient and helpful.
