The owner of this store needs to start taking his business seriouslyI will not be returning until they honor the coupons and other offers through their app and mail delivered deals It's pretty misleading that the stuff doesn't even know what coupons will workFrom now on I will be driving 2 minutes up the road to the next location where they honor coupons sent by the mail and offered in the app

On Jan 4-2023 I went in the store to ask about coupons and received the worst customer experience ever. I have always been treated well but this other older lady Erin treated and talked to me in a condencending way like a child & said she worked there for 20 years. This is all because I askedher a simple question about the coupons question. Very disrespectful, no customer service and rude & when i get her name I will update this REVIEW (ERIN), because who needs someone talking like to you when your trying to ask a simple question,. This girl yelled at me in store and posted a review which has nothing to do with the business nor myself directly. You know nothing of my personality & me a s a person, so your lies and defamation of my character. You keep changing your name which Nobody cares, but we all know who you are, your hurting the Subway reputation & the owner I will be contacting your head office for harassment and putting my company down and my name As for saying I'm harassing stores in the plaza you will need proof of this, your wrong Erin I live locally and I actually know the owners & well respected. So please stop making up lies & reaching & causing trouble grow up & stop please, in my workplace business & area . Just remember, this is all from you not letting me know about your non use of coupons with your company in whichi dont know. Your review has nothing to do with the store nor customer service, so nice try. Time to get a life now & do your job, your supposed to be representing Subway !!

I have a choice between you and your competition down the street.Both have similar prices but you feel the need to put tipping on your debit machine,with your staff member watching my transaction to guilt me into tipping.Your competition does not do that which i like better.Tipping is my choice not yours so when i don't have cash with me,i will go there instead.Leave a tip jar on your counter so your customers feel they are tipping by choice.

Wouldn't take any coupons and would not take a $100 dollar bill. 2 girls working were so slow only 1 making sandwiches while the other standing there. Subs were good.

Just had a interesting experience here.2 workers that make salads completely different.I like coming to this subway with my family because the staff is always kind and respectful.The first girl that made my salad today just dumped a bunch of Lettuce and then proceeded to ask me questions like is 2 or 3 tomatoes enough? I don't work there I have no idea how many tomatoes she should give me. Anyway all the ingredients she put in ended up being 3 or everything. I may would've been better off going to the grocery store and just buying my own Lettuce. Lol.Instead I came back in and let the regular girl who typically serves my family make the salad again. Of course I had to pay for it a second time. I also made sure to leave the 2nd girl a generous tip and compliment affirming she is doing a wonderful job. If it wasn't for that 2nd worker being so wonderful at her job I'd no longer return to this subway after the 1st salad I bought.Here are the photos of my salads. Which one would you eat?

They do not accept coupons, owner was extremely rude to their employees and NEVER anwser their phones. Would advise going to another subway or the Mr. Sub down the street

Service was amazing. The lady behind the counter, Erin , was nonstop. I entered into a lineup, it moved very quickly. Didn’t stop smiling and was incredible with everyone. Made a great sub and thanked me for my visit. As I left, even more people came in. A great representative of your brand.
