SSR Roof Supply - Burnaby

Buy stocks in these guys! I was so impressed with their capacity to handle the load. I am a “small fish” homeowner customer and they treated me with respect, patience and thoughtfulness. In addition to managing their many contractors and commercial scale orders they always found the time to assist me with my (arguably) many queries. They never looked down on me for not being a full-time professional roofer and helped me think of the things I would likely forget. In getting to know their staff and particularly Robin, it felt like I was being looked out for by a family member. The team at SSR made sure I had thought of everything, triple checking my list with me. It made me think they would also be a great team to work with. They would handle so many things at once, gave honest advice, gave the input I hadn’t considered and were encouraging to boot along the way. With their sound advice, I won’t need to see them for a while with my roof completed, but I heartily send anyone their way!! And no I am not a bot or a staff member ! Thanks SSR! – Jen

I am an average DIY person who is not afraid to tackle projects. Ihave done two projects requiring roofing materials recently: 1. Flashing two 32 X 84" skylights and then roofing about a 5 foot by 15 foot roof around the skylights

Very bad service , they sell you damages product, won't exchange it , was told to take it to court,

First time went to this store and was surprised how helpful the gentleman behind the counter was.
