Overall a decent experience. The associate who helped with picking out a foundation was very helpful. However, bringing back samples and letting people seat as it was previously makes for a better experience.

This is quite a small Sephora. The shelves are often empty. I suppose that's supply chain issues but it ends up with you having to order online. I hope the corporate officies will put more effort into stocking the store so customers can have a more interactive experience with the makeup. I miss the take-home samples too. I prefer to buy my makeup in person so I can see how product looks on the skin before spending my money.

My five stars goes to Manpreet who is working at sephora today helped my friend to get A to Z makeup for her wedding. She did her hob really good. She suggested everything as per our choice and bes products at our good rates. She is really doing her job too good. Sometime some workers sounds too rough but she is doing everything really perfect.I am foung makeup from last 4 years. I really like subtle look on me and I suggest others to try something which will look natural.Everything i like to buy from here is best thing and i love ❤️ all their products.Makeup is like therapy to me, I really felt very confident.Thanks to everyone. Must recommended

Went in to get a new foundation as moving here changed my skin tone a bit (got a bit lighter). The staff was welcoming and the lady who helped me really knew what she was doing. I also liked the head and cheek scan thing they did to get the perfect match. The match was very accurate. They also have a range in terms of pricing depending on your budget.

I recently received an email informing me that my points at Sephora (in Kitchener) had been redeemed, but I didn't make that redemption. It seems that anyone who knows my phone number can easily use it to redeem my points without any consequences, and Sephora doesn't seem to take this issue seriously.I contacted their customer service, but they didn't take any action or provide a satisfactory resolution. It appears that Sephora doesn't prioritize addressing this problem and doesn't show any concern for customers whose points are being misused.It is quite disconcerting that a well-established company like Sephora would allow such a situation to occur. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of seriousness displayed by this particular location in addressing the issue. It seems that the employees are not fully committed to their responsibilities, which is rather unfortunate.

I had overall a decent experience. I wouldn't say it was the best so far.I visited this particular store because it was closer and also I wanted to buy a few skincare products in person by taking suggestions through the customer care/store representative. I did get pretty good guidance and answers to my questions about what to apply if I have discoloration on my face, when should I apply Hyaluronic Acid and especially what are Birthday Freebies for this Month?The store representative ladies were there to check if I needed any help and paid good attention to my curiosity about choosing the right products. They suggested the Glow Recipe" products and the "THEinkey List" Brand.The store was preemie busy as it was the weekend. After I was done picking what I needed

I was there today buying some tinted moisturizer and the one sales rep couldn't be bothered to help. I was looking for the smaller sized Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer. I asked her if there were any available as they were out on the shelf but sometimes they have them in the back or in the drawer below the retail shelf.She came over to me, did not even look at the retail shelf and said We don't carry minis in store". I was literally looking at the retail shelf of minis. They just did not have my colour in stock. I knew she did not care to help so I asked another rep. This rep was so nice
