I will never buy a BMW again and encourage you to go elsewhere. Great cars but the service here is beyond comprehension.Dropped car off with emergency warning, and spent the day trying to track down an advisor. Car there the whole day and they couldn't get around to doing a diagnostic.It took them 4 days to put tires on my car another time, and a week to replace ONE tire on my other vehicle. They tried to avoid paying for a loaner until we reminded them of the contract.It is my fault. I bought a new car here and it's great, but the service negates any positive experience. Whatever you do, do NOT use this dealership. You will regret it. I do every single time I come here.

I had gone to this dealership to purchase a car but waa disappointed with my overall experience not only with the follow up by the sales representative but also the selection. I had gone to this dealership as a recommendation by 2 family members who both purchase bmw from here but I was very disappointed to have not had the same experience as my family told me they did. I ended up at Performance BMW in St Catherine's where I purchased my car.
