My sister’s vehicle was involved in a collision and Eric helped us with the claim from start to finish. He repaired the vehicle back to oem condition through our insurance. He also did extra modifications that we wished on to our vehicle. We appreciate his help and will continue to contact him for any future incidents/repairs. I will strongly recommend him to others if involved in a collision or need repairs.

I was involved in 3 car accidents , the first one was in October, I was so scared. Since the first accident Eric is an ángel for me, he helped me out through everything, is a very nice guy. Was involved in a pretty serious accident that caused my car to be written off. Tow truck driver was very informative with the whole process (as I’ve never been in an accident before). Also was very supportive and did an amazing job of calming me down and helping me feel better. The shop is also very responsive and helpful. They even stayed a bit later so that I could come after work and pickup my belongings.

I got into an accident, september 26. And i was so scared. The towing truck came and the fire fighters. Im super grateful that Progressive towing was the towing truck that came that day. My towing truck driver was Erik and he is an angel , very nice guy, very helpful, he helped me out through everything until i got my car done. And when i got my car, they also did some detailing , so i got my car as if its brand new, i highly recommend progressive towing, and progressive auto repair. And if you need a towing truck, contact them and look for Erik specifically , he will really help you.

Progressive Towing came on scene of my Uncles collision he was at fault in the collision. One of the tow drivers named Eric told us that he would cover the deductible and he fulfilled his promise and they finished repair and detailed it on the house for us.
