The brisket sandwich is a religious experience. I've never eaten anything else here because I can't say no to it, but if the rest of the menu is half as good, it's gonna be delish.

Amazing poutine and mac and cheese. The fried mac and cheese is very good and crispy. The brisket is a bit dry but overall is pretty decent. The fish tacos are also amazing, definitely try those too.

Arrangements were made with the BBQ Shack with our school sailing group to provide food for us on our stop over at Gibson's. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all.

Smoke on the Water BBQ Shack
I had the brisket sandwich with a side of coleslaw to cut the sweetness of the brisket. It is extremely tender and flavourful. The sauce is a tad bit sweeter than I'm use too. If possible, I would recommend you share this sandwich as an open face sandwich so you can try other things as it is a bit on the pricy side and you get only 2.5 slices of brisket in your sandwich. It wasn't as filling as I thought it could have been. It's located beside an awesome view of the pier and boats.

Did a take out of pulled pork and the beef sandwiches. Love the Smokey flavor from the real firewood they use! Amazing way to enjoy a nice lunch in our own patio. Has a cute little patio if you wanna dine and enjoy the marina views too.

Everything about here was lovely. Chris and Karen are such a lovely couple. The food was amazing. The beef brisket was amazing, so was the fried mac and cheese.The pastry was beyond good. They just make them on the weekends.Definitely give it a try specifically on sunny days that you can enjoy the view.

Went there due to the amazing reviews, left somewhat disappointed. Ordered 2 poutines and 2 lemonade for 60 bucks. Meat was pretty good for microwave reheated BBQ and fries were okay. Sweet BBQ flavored gravy isn't great after a couple bites and there was little cheese for a poutine. Lemonade was pretty bad and we ended up throwing out. We may have just been unlucky and not quite my families taste(we do love bbq) but for that kind of money we left not wanting to come back to see if the other dishes are better. Service was great and the 2 gentleman were very easy and enjoyable to deal with which was a plus.

Wish I could give 4.5 stars, as overall the food was delicious. I got the brisket sandwich, and the flavour and zingy bbq sauce were amazing. The slight disappoint were the fries. Their menu says they are double fried, but unfortunately they weren’t crispy as expected. Would recommend for delicious bbq, but suggest more time in the fryer for the fries! And make sure you check out early as they close at 6:30.
