I usually don’t like to write bad reviews at all but I seriously have had multiple horrible experiences coming here 3 times within this year. This has to be addressed… I have read other reviews and I’m 100% everyone else feels the same. The older/mid age lady who is the receptionist with black hair has some serious attitude problem. I noticed it the first time I was there but 3 times in a row… she really seems like she’s has a bad day and just takes it out on patients. Doctors are great. Please hire a new receptionist. Seriously unprofessional.If you don’t like your job, get a new one! Your energy affects all the patients in the waiting room. It’s like a virus and makes us feel even more sick.

This place is horrible . The doctor is super rude as well. Save your time and go another walk in clinic. My two year old has a fever and cough . We have to leave and do a covid test. I didn't know we still have to do covid tests lol what a Joke. I mentioned that it could be strep throat since it's going around in the daycare.... the doctore said that's nice.. but u still can't bring your daughter in until she has a covid test. Yess I said it ... covid test ? Did I say something wrong ?? WHO declared that it is no longer an emergency . Alot of places are not taking covid tests.. so what if she had covid ???? Lol she won't have to isolate ...

This clinic and Dr Cutbush is the most caring people I have never had any issues they treat people with care and respect the girls at the desk put up with alot and do there best on day to day simple u if u don't like the clinic don't go I think the drs and staff are Awesome treat people how you wanta be treated simple

This place is so effed up. Opens at 9am but a note on the door saying 1pm. Find enough doctors to cover when one calls in. Do you realise we all have lives? We have things to do? Do you realise you might be the only one in walking distance for some people? Do you realise not every one has the means for multiple transportation trips in one day? Or that maybe some of us have work to get to? I hate this place with everything in my being. So effed up I have no more words for the stupidity of opening the doors 4 hours after opening hours. You close at 7pm while I'll be working and your doors open when I have to catch my bus to work. People work on weekends yet you insist closing early those days too. If you don't have doctors that want to work then just close this location and save all of us time of walking in the effing rain only to have to leave because some of us live on minimum wage and won't survive if they miss even a single minute.

my personal family doc takes 3 weeks to see me and often doesnt help.the doctors at this walk in have me fixed up and back on my feet quickly in clinic and healthy again in a day or 2. great place

Great place . Very knowledgeable doctor Ostapenko and other stuff .Very busy clinic . Sometimes need to wait longer . However,outstanding result.

I've been going here for many years, best clinic in town. Spacious, hygienic, fast - kind secretaries & the doctors always go above & beyond for you.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.I went in beginning of this week with concerns of strep throat. I’ve had strep before so I know the signs and symptoms and all I needed was antibiotics. Nope. They did some swab test and didn’t give me any antibiotics. I was given a gargle and the pharmacy had closed by that time. I was then told that they would call me the following day with test results. The following day comes and there’s no call. So when I manage to get in touch, with my throat on fire and swollen and unable to swallow, I’m told again that the test takes a while and that I need to wait….as my strep throat gets worse. I was told that if I don’t get a call it’s apparently not strep, despite all my symptoms and history with strep.I didn’t have a fever walking in, I had one walking out. Nothing they have done was been helpful or kind. I would NOT recommend this place.

I usually don't give bad reviews but for this time I wish I could give zero star.Receptionist was so rude to Senior patient who was around 70 years old and doesn't speak English well. In clinic there was another lady patient who was translating for him to Receptionist. Senior patient was having pain in heart from 2 days and difficulty in breathing and he said, he can get his son on the call and son can translate/ communicate to doctor. He was second patient in the list to be called for check up after doctor's break , however, Receptionist put him on last.Apparently Receptionist is working in this clinic from 2006 and doesn't know how to take care of Senior patient. When she came to know, Senior patient doesn't understand English well, she rolled her eyes and receptionist said bad things about senior patient with knocking her desk hardly. There were 9 patients sitting and she was disrespecting and humiliating senior patient.English is just a language. If you don't like this job please find something you like. Please do not discriminate ppl.Over all my experience with doctor was great and I did mention this incident to doctor, so he can educate this Receptionist on service skills.

Waited three hours today for the doctor today! I was told initially that it would be a 45- minute wait. It seems like they don’t have a system in place to take patients in - it was not first come first serve neither was it by need (they didn’t even ask me why I was there, they just took my health card)! Receptionists were rude and unhelpful. They would lie about how many patients were in front of me. They once said that there were two people ahead of me, but then took 6 other people in (many of whom didn’t look like they were high need). Won’t be coming here again!
