This superstore is one of the better ones. Staff are usually friendly, store is clean, and when I order things from the Flashfood app they actually have the items when I get there unlike some other ones. So it's worth the drive from NW Calgary.

I might be just a wolf, but I love when the meat goes on special cause I get fed like 2 kings !! (I already eat like a king). Chicken always 30% off, best rates on steaks, briskets etc.. super friendly staff and management too. 6 stars if I could !

I mean, it's a grocery store, so what can you really say?It's been a long time since I was in a superstore, so it took a while to get my bearings. These things are huge, and with the crazy high ceiling, it must be a monster of a utility bill...Anyway, more or less found what we were looking for except a couple things. The purple onions were ready for the trash and the cookie selection in the bakery needs to be looked at. Snickerdoodles used to be a staple here. What happened?Anyway, no reason not to give 5 stars but I would suggest they look for ways to bring down their cost on climate controls as this giant box must be really expensive to keep at that temperature.

In a previous review of a different superstore, I noted that the prices have gotten crazy lately. This place is no exception to that - the prices for food are whack. But this store does get points for cleanliness, openness, and the fact that it is never nearly as busy as the one in Sunridge.

It is very rare these days that you get met by a store cashier with a bright smile and a great positive attitude. Sienna provided us with very good customer service - she makes eye contact, asks and answers questions in a good communicative way, and makes customers like us leave the store with a really good feeling. Kudos for hiring her, she's a true asset!

Went on a Tuesday and got 15 percent off plus case lot and coupons. Was able to stock my family up a bit on groceries. Glad to have the opportunity to save a bit considering the prices these days

I went to Superstore tonight just before 6pm … no freshly cooked chickens available. (I have a picture). I go to customer service to ask for my free chicken as their sign reads, “Guaranteed available 12-8pm or it’s Free.” They call deli and deli says they will be out in 15 mins. Okay, free chicken please. Superstore refused as they said, “they are still available.” I argued that available would mean I could go grab one and walk away. They continued to say, “there’s a 15 minute delay.” Well Superstore, your sign should say that then! No where does it say that I have to wait 15 minutes. So instead of letting me having a free chicken, your staff flat out argues that they will not proceed with it free. Worst customer service ever! -5 stars if I could.

Good RCS location; good variety of things and good prices, also always look clean and orderly. There’s only one important thing….please support bikers! Your bike rack is broken. I’ve talked to talk with employees and customer service and everyone seems to be aware of the issue but no action is being taken. Please improve and support the environmental responsibility practices. As it stands, the bike rack is chained to the ground, you can lift the whole thing with one hand is unbelievable!

It's my go-to and has been since it opened as the prices have always been cheaper than most other grocery stores on town but I am definitely noticing that prices are going up very quickly - sometimes 300% on an item. Not cool! Also, the bathrooms need a very serious overhaul.
