Not going back to this branch.Awful awful...The drinks are gross and poorly prepared.even the food prep people are terrible.Unsanitary.I waited for my order for a good 20 minutes.Ive seen enough!!!Train the young ones well and teach them to better their work attitude. Not to touch anything else when wearing gloves to prepare food.

I don't know her name but I have been having a hard week as a nurse at the hospital and on a day I took off because my physical needs were at the forefront of my priorities, a kind Filipino woman with lavender/blueish purple hair took time to put love into my order and when I got to my car I had fresh, warm donuts made with care. Today of all days I needed that so to the stranger who took time out of her day to make mine a little better...I thank you ♥️

Worst location for coffee. Somehow the coffee here is way different from other locations. Its either burnt or stale or made wrong. Also, staff here do not know the ratios for the kinds of coffee. Tried this location a few times and it was really bad every time. Had to just dump the coffee as it was unpalatable.

I like coffee almost as much as new shoes. I really liked playing hockey on the app. I was using my points for coffee. I am not a full fledged fan, but fun and periodically I would be lucky. And free coffee. I enjoyed the ease of the hockey game and free points. I just wish the Esso location by me was still open.

Floors super dirty, service is awful. They weren't able to find the simply sausage so they had us pull up the Tim's app to physically show them and to top it off we waited in like for 15 minutes. Don't recommend this Tim's, woukd give 0 stars if I could

The crew is very warm to customers. They quickly take orders and serve them when it's not busy. Situated across the UofA Hospital. Tim Hortons shares the same entrance and exit as Wendy's.

Although there is a security guard to monitor the parking lot the owner very much needs to hire a security guard for the inside. This location has become a hangout for homeless people and seems to be getting worse.My friend and I go for coffee every Sunday and we like this area otherwise. However we have decided to go elsewhere and won't be coming back. As we left the car today one homeless guy told my friend that he can easily break into his car.My friend and I have both lived in rough areas so seeing this kind of thing isn't new to us. My guess is that this issue is driving other people away. I think that this loss of customers would be a greater expense than the cost of hiring a security guard.

Great escape from the hospital... but staff can't keep up with the lunch rush...mid-morning break was okay...spacious dining area and natural light...tables don't get wiped as needed...hope you can find more staff!!!

It was my good luck at this location. Eventually the person on counter (forgot his name) he took very good care of my complicated order and the customer service with order accuracy was on the point.Amazing experience…. Thank you the Barista @ 1745 hours 22/04/18But the store is always so busy so not every visit have been same.
