Just renewed annual autopay over the phone with Casey. She was friendly, helpful, professional, & I left the call feeling better than before I made it! That level of customer service can't be taught, it's a part of her personality, good job to whoever hired her. My parents, Son & myself, have all our insurance needs met through Affinity on 8th Street, we highly recommend them!!

Great service! I came here recently to set up the new Jalopy with plates (and extra cushioning for when the brakes inevitably fail me).I have a math disorder and struggle with processing auditory information. I didn't disclose any of this information, yet the gentleman I spoke with went through all of my payment options on my insurance options as well as an AutoPak with several different options, and how they would look in a way that made me feel accommodated (but not dumb).He answered all my questions, no matter how silly, and ensured I had all the information I needed prior to leaving. Very impressed!

Went there to get my license renewed and picture taken. The service was absolutely awesome; the lady who helped me was so nice and personable. The whole process was SO quick, I was in and out in under 5 minutes and she even retook the photo because the first one was oogly lol. Highly recommend this place

I was working with Joanne Nagy- and she is amazing! Very knowledgeable, accurate, she found a mistake from our last insurance and solved the problem! Thanks you for that! Very delightful as a person- has a very calm temper. All her responses and letters were professional and straight about work. Mistake free filling documents and detailed printed. Very good experience.
