Needed my central vac fixed and Ben not only was super sweet but also very mindful of saving money and helpful with bringing our unit to him to save from a technician coming to the home! Very experienced asking all the right questions and so very affordable! So glad to have my system back. Thank you!! Totally recommend.

Went there on 2022 Dec. The prices on the web site say an item price as $40. The in-store price is as $80. for a 15 year old vacuum parts. Total scam. The shop owner is trying to make quick bucks using the common practice saying supplier increased the price.Before buying here, advisable to search for reasonable price from other shops.

I took my Hoover upright vacuum cleaner to have regular maintenance done and when I used it for the 1st time after this service, the vacuum scorched my rug in 7 spots on my same carpet I always vacuumed. I took it back to them to show pics & a video and talked to a man about what happened and he got very annoyed and kept saying “you’re not listening to me” and then he got another man who was even more rude (maybe the owner) and he walked away raising his voice and said “I have no time for you woman” and said “I’m done with you”. They were very demeaning and didn’t offer any resolution. I was disappointed and I hope no one else has to go through this very unsettling experience. I would give it a zero rating if I could.

I recently had my vacuum repaired at Vacuum Factory Inc. and was very pleased with the service. The repair person was knowledgeable and efficient, and my vacuum was fixed in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and professional, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of vacuum repair services

Been in the store few times, it is a vacuum heaven! Never came out empty handed, Ben and Mike are amazing and know their trade. Upon asking got a discount on MSRP. Thank you guys, will visit again!

The owner is an opportunist and will give wrong advice if it benefits him, will charge you extra for parts if he can and will outright cheat you if you are not aware of the market prices. Avoid this place at all cost if possible. I bought a CanVac from this place and I regret making that decision whenever I use it.

I came In search of vacuum bags for an older model vacuum. When I phoned the gentleman, Ben, answered right away and told me of course I have what you need. Come on in. Sure enough, I did and he had what I needed . at a very fair price. Super nice guy. I failed to produce my debit card. I was going to have to drive home and get it. The owner ... Ben... almost insisted I take what I came for and pay him another day. This, ladies and gentlemen, is very rare these days... very rare indeed. I did not take him up on his offer, instead we got together and I sent him a personal e-transfer for the total. I cannot recommend this small business enough. If you need anything at all to do with vacuuming, this is the spot. Thank you again Ben. Outstanding customer service, my good man.

My vacuum is missing a piece. It was there when I dropped it off.If it wasn't there I would of had him fix replace it while I was there one time.I'm Mad and have every right
