Terrible customer service. Tried to order pickup and they said it would take 45 minutes. Then requested delivery and they refused to offer it. Called 2 days later to order for delivery and was told again they couldn't deliver.

The lady there had an awesome attitude on a difficult evening. The intersection was closed due to blowing snow and there were about 20 vehicles stranded at the location for over 3 hours.

Bought pizza and fries online to be picked up at 445 and when arrived at 445 we were told one of our pizzas was made hours ahead (obviously their own error) and they refused to make a new one because it would cost them money (too expensive to remake was their excuse) and only offered to reheat the pizza that was made hours ago. The one fry we ordered was cold and the fries tasted awful. The customer service was just as awful.

When ever possible, I try to avoid franchise restaurants of any kind as I find an independent restaurant with high reviews to have superior quality. However, when it comes to pizza, and there aren't any reputable locations in the area, my go-to is always Pizza Pizza. Love their pie, love their wings.

Came to order a medium (6slices) she only had 4 and said she could either do the 4 or make a XL pizza. I took the 4 and she still charged me for a Meidum pizza

FALSE ADVERTISING-They have a sign on the front door that you can get a medium pizza for 8.49 but they won’t sell it to you.I asked to get the special on the door and the employee said they don’t have that special anymore. I asked why they have the advertisement on the front door - it’s false advertisement- and the employee said, “I don’t know. The owner has it on there but it’s from last year.” I asked to get the deal anyway since it is false advertising and the lady said she couldn’t do that since she just started. I wonder how she knew they had the special a year ago if she’s new. Maybe they are not honest…Check your gas receipts…. You never know if you are getting the advertised price or not.The pizza was ok though, so I gave two stars.

Just ordered 2x large pizzas from here on the weekend. They had to be the worst pizzas I have ever had. My children even wanted to have soup for lunch the next day rather than leftover pizza! I was happy they chose healthy but wow!

Good pizza, quick service, and great convenience, literally and figuratively. The pizza pizza is part of the gas station which has been a locale staple for years and hopefully will be for many more.
