Absolutely unreliable. They've lost all my stuff (6 boxes) and have still not gotten back to me regarding my storage items and they schedule/ cancel appointments as they please. They've no consideration of the amount I've been paying and blame it on their rebranding. They must provide compensation for the continuous damage they've been doing.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! There are hidden costs all over - recall fees, moving fees. There is NO upfront communication of these costs and you have to read terms & conditions very carefully. They are an exploitative service making a lot of money from hidden fees. One month's storage for one couch cost me over $275 (and the couch was $300 in the first place). Plus, they lost my couch due to a system error"

Agree with everyone here. Stay far away from Bolt Logistics/Second Closet. Lost a bunch of our stuff and keep lying about where are things are and when we're receiving them. They have cost us a fortune and their claims department refuses to talk to us. Incredibly stressful. Absolutely never use them.

Lost all our stuff over a month ago and have only recovered a few items. They never call us, we always have to call them. They don't respond to claims. It's a devastating process and one that has cost us thousands. For everyone posting here, they have another Google account under 'Bolt Logistics' which has hundreds of glowing reviews. Please start posting there also as more people seem to use that. They are scamming people and getting away with it.Edit: They once again told us they had found our stuff but when our shipment arrived it was a few things and most of our furniture was completely destroyed. It's honestly farcical how bad this has gone. They are apparently taking steps to compensate now.

I regret using second closet/bolt logistics they lost 98% of my stuff my children's things all my kitchen things things what I got back some was broken there movers don’t care about peoples items they dropped my one box that I got back on multiple times they are horrible and need to be shut down PLEASE STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT ALL YOUR THINGS BACK IN IN PIECE. I’m going to bring this matter up with the business bureau to see if I can get them shut down they’ve done this to multiple people and gotten away with it it’s not fair. COVID has been an excuse since it started but at some point people, and companies, have to start getting things back on track.- my bed was originally lost in their warehouse so they canceled my first delivery (after I already changed plans to accomodate)- delivery was rescheduled from 4-7pm a few weeks later- truck showed up after 10pm- definitely not a white glove service as described over the phone- I realize that it was late, but it was late for me too, and their delivery guys did not want to put the bed in the bedroom (wanted to leave it in the living room)- put a hole in the corner of our wall and damaged my stair railing (I would add the photos if I could)Overall the delivery was late and their work is costing me money to repair the damage they caused by being careless.

I briefly worked here and now tell everyone I know to avoid this company. They have no filing system and everything is just thrown into the back racks with 1 item having multiple places it's put. No labeling of items and most furniture is thrown on a rack aimlessly to be forgotten or shipped to the wrong client's homeYou'll have a better chance of throwing your stuff out then finding it in a landfill before these guys are able to return it

Update March 2023: I requested my items be returned November 2021. Still nothing. No communication. No items. No reimbursement. No compensation. I will continue to report this company.July 2022: my items are gone forever, without any form of compensation. They actually continued to charge me storage for my lost items. Bad enough I ever paid for storage for them at all, because I will never see my belongings again.Dec 2021: I requested a return of my items a month ago. For a week and half I have scheduled delivery and company has cancelled twice. My items are lost. I half been given run around and now no one answers or responds to my messages.

Lost my stuff too!!! Over $1000.00 plus personal stuff that is priceless. Not returning my calls..filed a claim weeks ago..NO HELP!! Time to contact BBB, POLICE NEWSMEDIA.
