Exceptional and professional. Nothing fancy but they delivered on closing date and the amount quoted. We only had a two week time frame to close on the mortgage and they did it! Spent about 15 minutes discussing my mothers estate answering all of the questions regarding probate, confirming it completed 6 weeks ago, went to go ahead and book an appointment for the time I had told him I would be flying into town and now after 20 minutes on the phone he says he doesn’t book 2 weeks in advance (though most notaries are booked 2 weeks out) and to call when I get into town and he’ll see if he can squeeze me in. It’s two weeks before my trip, I’ve purchased a flight and he said he doesn’t book that far in advance?! I can and will call another notary of course, but he was extremely rude. Then he said, it’s actually that he may be booking a vacation…which is of course wonderful but he could have just said that from the beginning and saved me some time.

I had one of the most pleasant experience with these guys. The first line of defense, the office staff were very friendly, quick to respond and react. Hal was extremely accommodating, and understanding. I would definitely use these guys again if the their calls for it.Update: I am using them again now and the experience and service is consistent. Wish all law officers and lawyers were this good.
