Horrible costumer service, a salesman name Zindine( Zino) in this dealership made an appointment for me at 3pm and then when I was getting in the dealership parking lot at 2:58 pm he cancel me and told me to come back at 4pm then half an hour later he call me to tell me that he sold the car that i was supposed to see and buy that day, and telling me to go see somebody that he knows in another dealership, very unprofessional.

Very great experience. I had requested the shuttle service, which was an hour late due to the busy period of changing tires, but when I picked up my car they had done an exterior and interior wash. It was such a nice gesture! Thank you !

Best dealership ever. Family feel with their amazing employees. Called in a panic when my car check engine light came on. Brought in the car right away at about 4. Brought it in, scanned the computer, just a switch. In an out at a very reasonable price. They even stayed past closure hours to finish up my service. Can't say enough, Thank you Honda Vaudreuil

Ashamed and disappointed of buying a brand new 2023 Honda odyssey. The road and wind noise is really bad and giving my husband tinnitus, dizziness and upset stomach. I expected more from our expensive purchase.

Extremely satisfied with the service I received at this dealership. I had to urgently make an appointment last minute and they took me in and resolved my matter in under an hour. Tony from the service department is honest and courteous when it comes to dealing with repairs and I had a pleasure dealing with him. I will definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from here in the future.
