Stay away! Worst customer service I’ve ever received from anyone. I’m unfortunately a client. They are my current broker for automobile insurance. I’ve been trying to contact firstly my specific broker to update my insurance policy with important information and my email has gone unanswered for over a week and was hung up on when I called. Called the general toll free number as well and that went to voicemail. Still have not received a call back. Do yourself a favour and find a better broker. I’m stuck with them till my renewal because apparently can’t fire them and get a new broker till then. What a headache!

My family and I had a great experience with Arthur J Gallagher. We dealt with Ahmad Nasir who was punctual and got things done for us. We had Ahmad handle two of our policies and he was always available to answer calls and address any concerns we had. We highly recommend him and look forward to doing more business with him and Arthur J Gallagher in the future.

I called today to follow up on my unanswered request for info two weeks ago. I had to call five times to get past the answering machine and speak to a human. The lady (Samantha) who I finally reached was a true professional.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!Been with them over 5 years. Large commercial policy. Every year is a headache to renew. I asked for an estimate/quote to change a few options on the policy, simple. They could not provide that in writing. I was told I had to use their online portal" to get a quote. I did that several times and NEVER gave me an actual amount I would be charged. I expressed the frustration to them and their response "Everything is done in the backend. Even WE don't see the prices. And whatever price you are provided may not be accurate as the actual insurance company is the only one with the correct numbers." What a way to pass the buck. The absolute only reason I have stayed there is the price being lower than other places for the type of policy I need. 3 days to get email response. 4 days to get voicemail response. I'm shopping for another broker.RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!"

I'm disappointed. Contacted Gallagher via email to obtain a personal auto quote. The broker I was put in contact with failed to provide a quote within a week, despite my indicating that my policy was up for renewal shortly. If they're unresponsive when I'm still trying to give them my business, I certainly don't anticipate prompt communications once they already have it.

I want to send a big thank you to Claire; she was so kind, sweet and professional in helping me understand some of the details of my policy. I appreciate her patience and understanding and the fact that she took the time I needed and did not rush me. Thank you Claire!

I had 4 boats so far. All insured with Gallagher. Never had any issues with them. I did had claim and it was resolved without a problems.

If they didn't have Sarah working for them I'd cancel now. My agent went on maternity leave for 18 months and in that time I couldn't get anyone to answer any of my calls. And continued paying insurance on vehicle I no longer had. Sarah did her best to rectify the situation and took personal responsibility despite none of it being her fault. Unfortunately due to lack of response to my voicemails my insurance company won't back pay anything as there's no record because no one would contact me back despite calling over 40 times in a year... I'm going to continue with j aurther only and I mean only because how great Sarah was in trying to rectify the situation and how pleasant she was despite the circumstance. I hope they see this message and give Sarah the raise she deserves even if it means taking it from the salary of anyone who's supposed to answer the phones at their Mississauga location.

Satinder was incredibly amazing finding me an insurance company that is a lot lower than i previously paid!His professionalism and knowledge of the business, and he truly knows what Customer service is all about!10 Stars for these guys!
