Best bloodwork I've ever had done. So many doctors and nurses in the past have messed with my arm, but this doctor was incredible. 100% best bloodwork I've ever had.

This is my second time at this lab for bloodwork. The staff are friendly and very efficient. I had an appointment and was in and out rather quickly. Thank you for your efforts in making patients feel comfortable during this pandemic.

I had the worst experience with my 7 year old son at the 510 Southdale Rd location.Firstly, the tech couldn't see my son's veins properly but still proceeded with the blood work. When he put the needle in, there was no blood and instead of removing the needle to try again, the technician twisted the needle- while it was in my son's arm- in a circle trying to hit a vein. It wasnt until I asked the tech to remove the needle because there was no blood,that he did. He was going to try again on his other arm dispite still not seeing any visible veins but I chose to try again another day at another clinic.I'm absolutely horrified by the experience at this location. There was no apology offered to my son. He was so brave and sat there perfectly still the whole time.They may be fine for adults but I wouldn't bring a child there again.

This is the only lab I choose when I have to get blood work done outside of LHSC. I have never waited for longer than five minutes and the technicians are very friendly and excellent at what they do. They do walk-ins and appointments. I haven’t tried walking in but even when I come for my appointment there would have been plenty of space for a walk-in.I also like the online program that keeps track of appointments and results! I have been to the Wortley location only.

I have been going here exclusively because of the fantastic service I receive every time. Maglee is super friendly, approachable, organized and helpful.I have super tricky veins where other labs have tried 5x to draw my blood to no avail. Maglee gets it first try. What a relief that is because I need to get bloodwork frequently.I would highly recommend this facility.Thanks for your wonderful service Maglee!

Megalee is amazing! I’ve come here twice & each time she takes blood seamlessly. I didn’t even realize she had taken blood!! She’s super friendly & I purposely came back because of her service.

I really don’t know what their problem is. They never send result to your doctor unless you hound them multiple times.

Very rude receptionists. I called to confirm the date of an appointment for my mom. Receptionist replied “go ask your mom “ . I told her there is a reason why I called cause we want to be sure when it is . Told her we didn’t get any sms or call reminder for the appointment.she asked for my mom name and then said we don’t have records and told me to call toll free number . Very rude behaviour

Very friendly, polite and understanding! Would highly recommend!
