Horrible treatment of local communities when working a project. Had dump trucks lined up our street blocking parked cars, drive way access and bus stops. Had to follow up with the city and RCMP when threatened after asking drivers to move their trucks. Development is an accepted thing when living in an up and coming neighborhood but treatment of of existing residents should be paramount.

Terrible company. Unsafe, unreliable, machines are not safe to operate and they don't treat their employees very well. I became broke and unemployed because of DSM and so did several other people that have worked there. Do not work for this company unless you want to work part time a few days per month.
