The Flyin G'nosh

DEEEEELICIOUS! my friend and i went on the weekend at the market. i had the flying doubles which were perfectly spiced, and garnished. i thought i might have been hungry after, but they were SO filling. if i hadn't been so full, i probably would have tried another item on the menu. my friend had the paneer tacos and she said they were very yummy... i wish she had let me taste them! will definitely be returning and trolling hamilton for their food truck.

Had the Tandoori Tacos with the seasoned fries. AWESOME! Friendly employees and amazing food! 6 out of 5 Stars!

Mandip is the man! He truly values his craft and his customers. He sources high quality ingredients and infuses traditional flavours with a modern twist. This results in a food experience that has you coming back for more. I eat his tandoori tacos weekly and you should too :)

Amazing! The Tandoori tacos are always so tasty and well spiced. Not too spicy for those that don’t like it, but just enough that it adds to the flavour. The naan? Phenomenal. If they sold just that, I’d have bought it all. Highly recommend!

They brought a food truck to Dofasco and honestly they are by far the best tacos I've ever had! Absolutely amazing food.

I pretty much associate perfection with everything he has to offer. Before Farmer Market days, the the thing I looked forward to for YEARS at Supercrawl, was the hope that this food truck would grace us with their presence. Now we are absolutely spoiled with their food as a regular market/local spot.It isn't a secret that Indian food is the exemflication of the perfect flavour explosion. This cuisine has managed to both preserve their food with spices, but use their profiles to turn their source of energy into such a party of flavours.So take centuries of already flavourful Indian cuisine then add the magic that Chef Mandip has graciously offered us.Over the past five years, I have found comfort, quality, flavour and home in the meals I have had here.Tl;Dr a life unlived is a life not trying The Flyin G'nosh

Tried their food in Franco Fest in Hamilton from their Food truck. I had the Chicken Tikka fries and it was good.

Those tandoori tacos are next level, perfect flavor and juuuuuuust the right amount of spice. Mindblowingly delicious.
