I expected this place to be bigger, as it claims to be a food market… and 90% of items are behind the counter, or need to be ordered?? Very confusing. Never been, bought 2 things and won’t be back. I don’t think I saw a blurb on their website.. I just went to explore what they had. And it’s. ALL. Frozen.. idk how they stay alive. I’ll check back on the site to maybe give them a better chance.

I'm disappointed in other reviews saying this place it's poor. I found the staff helpful and each time I go, there is samples to try. The last time was a piece of cake and it was delicious! I enjoy the single servings of soup and bring them for my lunches. It's handy to have them in my freezer if I have no leftovers from last night's dinner. Overall it's great and I find the sales awesome!

Love the place for the best frozen food I have ever eaten. I often will droobin for a few meals and my wife and son love the cabbage rolls and the lasagna! Make sure to get on their email list for some very special deals!

Hello I'm writing to you about the jumbo buffalo wings that I bought these on April 3, 2020 from the m&m meat on Tillicum and Burnside in Victoria,BC I found a long hair in one of the wings, I think this is very unacceptable, I expected better from this company and if there wasn't a hair in the wing I would have given you five stars....

What I wanted to buy wasn't available. It was sold out. Why five stars then? It's because the clerk was knowledgeable. He knew more ribs were being delivered on Wednesday, that the new flyer was coming out Thursay and that ribs would be on sale.

I placed an online order for the Burnside location for curbside pickup. I arrive on time and called as instructed, but get voicemail. Weird, but I leave a message. 5 minutes later I call again and get vm again. 5 minutes later I call and get vm again. 5 minutes later still no return call. So I leave without my order. And they STILL haven't called over an hour later. What is the point in having curbside pickup if they don't answer the phone.

Floor is unsafe. .. careful. Been in a few times and the same spot is always covered in water .. thinking of contacting WorkSafe BC as this is a safety hazard
