Jason's Automotive Repair

I have been using Jason for a few years now with my last two cars and he always accommodates me as best he can and is really fair priced and honest.

My car broke down going up to the cottage and I had it towed back to Jason’s to see what was wrong with it. They immediately got onto it and were able to diagnose the problem quickly and give me multiple options for what would best suit myself. 100% would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a mechanic.

I called Jason’s automotive repair and they were incredibly polite and receptive over the phone, they let me come near the end of the day and were transparent with me on when they would be able to work on my car. When I was late due to traffic they still serviced me. I’m not much of a car person and it was my first time taking a vehicle in and they explained what was wrong with my vehicle while also listening to my input on what I thought was wrong. They were incredibly quick and made sure I was happy with the work they had done. I’ll be coming back for all my car problems (though I hope I don’t need to for a while). Would 10/10 recommend, will be recommending to all my friends when they have car problems.

I usually go to Jason’s auto for my regular maintenance. Recently my car took some damage from a part falling off a truck. Had to have my car towed to them. My car got there after they had closed but I had called to let them know it was on the way. The next morning I got a call from Jason explaining the damages and letting me know what needed fixing and what was damaged but not a concern. They were able to have my car up and running again that day.Jason is fantastic for explaining everything that he’s doing on the car and how each part works. I have had him do a few repairs and he is by far the best mechanic I’ve ever felt with. He’s honest and makes sure you are happy with the work he does. The young lady at the front desk is an absolutely wonderful girl to talk to and deal with. Couldn’t be more happy with this shop!

I have been coming to Jason’s Auto for about 3 years now and every single time he goes above and beyond.My car broke down on the highway this week and I had it towed there. He worked my car in whenever he could to make sure that I was not stranded without a vehicle. He ended up being able to do the repair and get me back on the road within one day.Not only that, he called Ford to try and convince them to cover it under warranty. He will always do the research to see if it can be covered or if there is a recall.He takes the time to explain what the issue is and all of your options, without any pressure. If he sees something that may be coming up, he will give you a heads up that you are 30k away as an example, so that you can prepare.Just an honest guy.

If you're looking for a mechanic, Jason is your guy! I moved back to the area just over a year ago. I wanted to find a shop close to work, so the first time I needed work done on my car I searched for a shop in that area to making dropping off and picking up easy. Luckily, my google search brought me to Jason. Over the last year Jason has helped me with a coolant issue, an alternator replacement and oil changes. He is so honest and if he doesn't need to do work, he doesn't do it. If he can find ways to save you money, he does. He is so friendly and really takes the time to explain what's happening with your vehicle and goes over all repair options thoroughly. I referred Jason to a co-worker who was having issues with her jeep and she was also very impressed with the service she received and is now a loyal customer as well. The whole team at this shop is great!

I honestly couldn't be more impressed with Jason and the staff. When my first Daughter (who is away at school) ran into car trouble I panicked, being far away and not knowing who to trust.We both looked at Google reviews, and choosing Jason was the right choice. He took the time to show my Daughter her car, the issues and provided a full breakdown of what to fix, what to watch out for and what we could leave for a little later.Honest, and truly someone who made us feel we were in good hands, with our best interests in mind. Look, car's breakdown, that's just how they are made and no one place can fix it all forever; that's just how it works. But if you are looking for someone who cares about their clients and is more interested in earning your trust by providing honest advice and great care - this is the place to go to.

Jason is a hard working, honest and capable mechanic. He is always willing to help and to offer service at a price that is good value for the money. I've been using Jason's services for almost 10 years and appreciate what he and his staff provide.

Great experience with fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. I noticed a yellowish liquid by my exhaust and Jason was able to get me in right away to check things out. He checked the car to make sure there were no leaks and took the time to explain to me what had happened. Not only was he very honest; he also did not charge me for the inspection. Great service!

Terrible service. I asked for a transmission fuel change amongst other services for which he accepted he would do. Lo and behold he lied about it. I only found out later when I went for an engine oil change at jiffy lube; they said the transmission oil also needed changing, and the drain plug can only be accessed by removing the engine splash shield on my car permanently. So this Jason guy charged me for a transmission fuel service that he didn't even do. He's a crook and a dishonest guy. Hope his business fails. Now I'm not even certain the other issues were fixed properly.
