Takes money and does not supply product. Beware- I hired Kirk to create a website for my trauma healing and yoga instruction. The first draft had over exposed video footage and pictures, about 50% of a reasonable quality so I provided some of my material to use. They put social media buttons on every page, pictures of me and some text. The text they created was nonsensical, and grammatically incorrect. Social media, although important, is not a headline concept due to the sensitive nature of my biz. A picture of a bottomless female appeared among other inappropriate pictures for a trauma healing site. I requested changes and they did, however complaining I was asking for too many changes and repeating: “I (Kirk) think it’s a great site and we are done”, he quit when he felt like and kept my money, with his solution of I get nothing. I requested Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, and received only the latter, at a very elementary level of writing. I received a week of insulting emails from Kirk saying how I was too picky and overthinking, among other insults. None of my questions were answered over 2 weeks, nor were preferences honored. I offered to pay additional for some of the picture changes over a specified amount, again no response. I have nothing, he is keeping my deposit and will not provide work and no replies. My accountant has requested the GST number but nothing has come forward. I am posting this in the hopes no one else falls for this. The 'customer satisfactions' clause is a ruse to keep deposits and provide nothing. If this review is up there has been no resolution or reimbursement yet.
