My husband and I have purchased our glasses here twice now. Both times the staff have been truly wonderful to work with. They genuinely care about what they do and provide great customer service. Our glasses were ready much quicker than expected which was a plus. They have a great selection to pick from too. Thank you Vanda and Echo!

Aweful customer service!!! They told us they have two for the price of one offer but later on we discovered it is not appreciable for everything, only for a full set of lenses and frames. And after we spent about 40 min trying to find the proper frames, all of the sudden they added that the offer was applicable for one prescription only, through from the very beginning they knew there was going to be two separate prescriptions. Very frustrating!!!

If I can only put zero star for the staff! They are so rude and don’t even give courtesy call! Telling me so many sh**s! They could hardly even find my file in their system! Said they called but never ever did or atleast left a voice mail!?I paid things out of my pocket since I could not wait for insurance coverage and I need it so badly and how come I won’t care about such important thing for me?!Very Poor Communication and Rude Staff!Great optometrist!

I go here regularly to get my eyes checked and to order new contact lenses. The staff here great! They are always very kind and helpful, I never had any issues.

Had an appointment today with Dr. Do, Leah. Young, beautiful and professional doctor, she explained everything in details, that was a nice experience. Defenetly will be back!

Fantastic eye exam with Dr Leha! She was very nice and she explained in details what my eyes have went through and what's currently going on. The staff are fine. They'd probably do more assistance in frame selection if you ask them, otherwise, they'd just leave you alone.

Best service ever. Can not recommend these guys highly enough. Fast and efficient service. This will be my go to optical from now on! Was highly dissatisfied with Jaffrey Optical so I went here and I am so happy I did. Wish I’d gone sooner!!!
