They have a mask policy in place, however they will only provide you with a mask if you pay the ridiculous amount of 1 dollar per mask. When asked how an urgent care center is able to do that to patients, the receptionist replied that they are a private clinic that accepts OHIB. I honestly don’t understand the times we are living in with much accountability for almost all government sectors how are doctors that already make so much money able scams patients by charging them a dollar per mask.

I am so impressed with and grateful for this clinic - and in particular, Dr. Minhas!! I needed a prescription quickly and really didn't think that I'd be able to get in anywhere easily at 8pm on a weekday night. I was even considering paying for private health care because my condition was worsening by the minute. But to my great surprise, I received a phone call within a few minutes of filling out the UCC online form, asking if I could come in to clinic within the next half hour. I got there as soon as I could and didn't wait long before seeing Dr. Minhas. Dr. Minhas is an excellent doctor - the rateMD reviews are accurate. He listened attentively and provided me with compassionate, evidence-based care. The whole process - from filling out the online form to getting my prescription - took just over one hour. I am much better now thanks to him and the team! Keep up the great work - it is appreciated!!

I get it. Need to wear a mask to see the doctor. But I’m not the one that’s sick and instead of offering a mask for the parent to wear forcing me to go to shoppers to buy one for 1$ is unreasonable at this point. I am not an anti masker but find your process and procedures unreasonable and unfair. I’m sure the office can afford to offer a mask in 2023. Please reconsider your options and be a bit more reasonable to the people that participate in your practice.

Took my father there to do some tests to see if he still had bronchitis and they confirmed they he did and gave him the meds he needed but then they called him directly at 9pm to go in and discuss the results. When I spoke to them they couldn’t disclose if he had pneumonia. What is an 89 year old supposed to think when you call to come and discuss his results?? And if he had pneumonia shouldn’t they let you know do you can take him directly to the hospital???? What kind of urgent care clinic are you running???

I visited a walk-in clinic for a routine checkup of my throat. The physician who introduced himself as Dr. Muhammad, whose name I am uncertain of, exhibited rudeness during the encounter. I declined to wear a mask, believing that as a Canadian citizen, I had the right to seek medical attention without wearing one. The doctor declined to serve me. I do believe this is discrimination. It appears rather unwise to mandate wearing a mask to check one's throat.

The closing time is 6 pm. It is 5:36 pm. They are sitting empty hands doing absolutely nothing, no patients. But nope, we stopped accepting patients LONG time ago"But you are empty

This urgent care center is being operated by scammers. I came here while I was sick as they have shorter wait times compared to other doctor offices. I did the walk-in waited 45 minutes told the receptions I need a doctors note and I’m sick and I need to see a doctor. Dr. Faiz Malam (76084) was the physician I was assigned, he walks into the room just to tell me keep taking my medications when I told him I wasn’t prescribed any, he didn’t look at me, why I had a sore throat or fever nor gave me a diagnostic on why I was sick, issued me a doctors note and rushed me out. I was out of that room within a matter of 2-4 minutes. I understand it’s a busy clinic but patients are visiting the clinics because something is wrong. I ended up going to there other branch in Brampton and was actually prescribed amoxicillin by the physician as I had a bacterial infection. Just shows that this Woodbridge clinic doesn’t care

Front desk staff is so unprofessional I went with my son with upset stomach at 9:48pm but they're saying we're closed but time for closing is 10pm if they can't help to small kids at last minute so they need to change name of clinic and time so people no need to run for urgent treatments ithey are not deserve name urgent care!!! If they can't take care people at Las minutes so at list change time on web 10pm to 9:30 so people can go to another place no West time and pain

The absolute worst clinic. I had an emergency for my one month old baby, had the health card paper from the hospital with the instructions to use it for Dr visits. The receptionist said the health card was invalid and the paper given to me was only good for a few days (even though it says the timeframe being 8 weeks on the actually paper). Charged me 95.00 to see the Dr because it's a private clinic". Then yelled over a group of people to wear a mask and charged me 1.00 a mask. Absolutely disgusted with this place."
