Tyrolean Village Resorts at Blue Mountain

Stayed in one of the luxury chalets for the weekend, enjoying one of the last ski days of the season. Proximity to the hill and village is great, but you're still far enough away to escape the crowds. The chalet is huge, all the amenities you'd ever want are right there, and the quality of the furnishings is top notch. The people who run it are very friendly and the service is 5 star. Would highly recommend these units to large groups, wedding parties, etc.

I felt the need to write a review about the unit because prior to coming and reading some bad reviews on the unit I was a little nervous and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was told that it was renovated during the covid. I was so happy and relieved with the place, and surprised how nice and cozy the unit was.the view of the mountains were beautiful from the second floor. My family had a wonderful time and everything went smoothly. The staff were very friendly and always available if we needed something. We really got to enjoy the sauna and hot tub as well. The only downfall was it didn't snow that week and they closed the skiing which was a bummer. We all would definitely come back back and stay in unit 53L again. Thank you!

We booked two units to fit our bachelor party of 25 people and had very few complaints. There were full amenities and the hot tubs/ saunas were excellent bonuses. Be warned that there is a 24 hour sound restriction in place for the neighborhood, though the units were fairly sound proof and communication with the neighbors ahead of time made this a non-issue. Lastly, it was only a 15 minute walk from the village and included access to a private beach a short drive away.

I and my family and friends have been going to Blue Mountains since 1997. There is one thing that has never changed. Tyrolean Village Resorts is one of the cleanest and best run operations in the area. We have always had enjoyable times there in the Summer and Fall. We have stayed at other chalets in the past but continue to come back to Tyrolean Village because of the amenities and comforts it provides. From being a pet friendly" facility to private sports fields to its own private beach

Absolutely amazing chalet. Very clean, everything you need is available for you. Great facility, plenty of parking and so close to Blue Mountain. Highly recommended, A++++++++

Organized a family get away for 7 adults and 2 children under 5. We stayed at a six bedroom chalet. Great views of the mountains and very spacious.The checkin process was not pleasant.  At 3:30 pm, Dennis called my sister demanding when we were going to checkin as all the other guest have checked in already. By the way, check in is 4-7pm. We had a 2 hour drive with traffic so it was not easy to predict our arrival time. When my sister arrived at 6:20, they had to wait for 20 min for Dennis to arrive. With two young kids and after driving for so long, it was not a pleasant start.The bedrooms and 2nd floor were drafty especially in the gaps by doors/sliding doors. Flies were coming in through the gaps. We finally figured out the AC/Heater and then the place got cozier. There is an electric fireplace but the plug was warped and didn't reach the outlet.Mattresses were old and uncomfortable. One bed in the basement was infested with bed bugs.There was a charge for linen and towels. This is in addition to the facility and management fees of $400. I would not go back especially with bed bugs and bad service.

I stayed with Tyrolean Village Resorts when organizing a Ski Trip for 200+ students in Blue Mountain. Denis was wonderfully receptive and easy to work with while planning this trip months in advance, and was so helpful when trying to sort our details for our complex trip. Check-in and out process was smooth and there were no complications our entire weekend - everything was outlined in advance. The cabins were clean, cozy, and comfortable for our large groups. They were spacious and could fit everyone easily, and everyone was happy about their stay. Hot tubs as part of each cabin were a wonderful amenity. They also own many large cottages in the area so it is awesome to book a large group trip through Tyrolean Villages. Denis was easy to reach over the weekend and I appreciate their service and hospitality. We had a wonderful and fun ski trip in Blue Mountain. We will definitely be back in the future!

The house was great for all 14 of us. Only complaint is the pillows! Bring your own but the house and memories were all perfect. 12 minute walk to the village and 10 minute drive to everything!

The cottage was clean and well equipped and very close to the Village. We had a lovely weekend but what put it over the top was the excellent service from Paul. I left behind my prescription glasses. Paul not only took my call late on Sunday evening, but immediately followed up next morning, found the glasses and arranged to ship thm to me. All through he kept in touch by phone and emails resolving a very stressful situation for me. Will definitely return.

Horrible experience. Will never go back.The chalet was infested with bed bugs and the one male owner was rude when discussing our concerns.I went with a group of girls for a bachelorette weekend and our whole weekend was ruined.Two of the girls were covered in bites from bed bugs and spider mites. They had to leave the weekend early when they drove from far away.The hot tubs had so much chemicals (I’m assuming that’s what it was) In it that it dyed our bathing suits. My white bathing suit turned dark yellow and everyone else’s bathing suit was bleached.The windows were broken and the screens were falling apart in the bedroom so there was a breeze coming in all night.The kitchen cupboard doors were hanging off. It just gave me the feeling that the owners could care less about the overall aesthetic of their chalets and most importantly, the people renting them.There was no compensation after allOf the issues that went wrong. A lot of the concerns were brushed off.I’ll never stay there again and I’llMake sure I make it known to everyone I know, not to stay there.
