I found the place dirty. They were unprofessional and rude. I overheard them complaining about waiting patients. I’ll never go back

Went in to get a Holter monitor put on the tech Julie was very rude and nasty to me after I got home I noticed that the monitor was flashing saying to plug in I called them talked to Julie she told me that the monitor had a backup in it and it would be fine but it died before I went to bed when I went back the next day she was still unpleasant and send Thay would look at the results it was a very bad experience we depend on the tech Julie to do the right thing but not the case maybe if she doesn't like her job she should get a different one . When I received the monitor it was wrapped up in elastic bands and they had the audacity to have me sign that if I broke it I'd have to pay for it when cleary it was already damaged.

Extremely short, impatient and rude CSR. Had to ask her to allow me an opportunity to explain myself fully before she answered my question appropriately. She was not patient in answering the question being asked. Very unfriendly tone. Coaching required
